[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this 3 weeks ago because my other basic fridge was slowly dying. I have never had such a fancy fridge. Love that you can knock on the door and see what is inside. It is well made and looks great in my kitchen. Was not sure about side by side doors but now I love it. There was a little ding in the door as soon as the guys that delivered it took it out of the box they came an told me. it is not that noticeable. The ice maker is awesome as well as the craft ice maker. It keeps everything cool. It is perfect!

Going on a month now & it seems to be working just fine. Having the window has been fun, & of course the ice & water dispenser. I'm not happy with the taste of the water yet. I'm hoping it'll eventually be toy liking. The ice has seemed to taste reasonable. I put a thermometer in the door with a remote sensor in the freezer side. The fridge is set at 37 but the temp never gets below 42 in the door. But if I put the sensor in the back it's right at 37°. So the door usually sits around 44°. The freezer is right on 0° thru-out. Should I be concerned about the door temp where we keep milk?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the frige several months and it arrive on tine! Unfortunately the water valve got stuck couldn’t dispense water or ice. Got it replaced through 3rd contractor with no charge! The frige is working very well, nice cold, water and ice dispense, you can control with the App, it a great big purchase.

I am so very disappointed in this fridge. It was delivered today. Loaded up the fridge and all the salad dressings, bottles, mustard bottle etc. are viewable even when the interior light is not on. What I thought was going to be a sleek clean look now looks junky because you can see everything that is in the bins/ shelving through the “knock” panel. I am very upset. One photo is with the “ knock” light on and one photo is with the light off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this refrigerator but The top shelf on the door fell off and broke. It had fallen once before but I was able to catch it and thought it was just a one time incident. Now I have a refrigerator that has a broken shelf and I’ve only owned it for one month. I will be calling customer service to see if they will send me a replacement shelf that actually fits the door. I love every other feature of the refrigerator so far I hope this is only a solo incident.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased it in May 2021, delivered and professionally installed in August 2021. We followed the instructions and replaced the filters several times, but the water tastes like medicine (chemical). It has been a year. Now we learned to throw away a half gallon of water every time and every day before the medicine-taste goes away! I think this is a common and known issue to similar LG refrigerators because we had the same experience with all LG refrigerators that we found in the airBnB rental homes.

The only downside is our craft ice ball machine started making a loud knocking noise about a year and a half of purchase. Good thing we were still in our warranty time! They are going to replace that. So I would recommend buying the extended warranty. Other than that, it’s great!

With a quick conversation online, the replacement ice maker was sent, along with very simple install instructions. In addition, a new water filter was also sent, all free of charge.
