[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I were in the market for a new fridge and we researched everything. The LG was a perfect match! The side-by-side was intriguing as we were replacing a French door style. One of our concerns was if the freezer would hold a frozen pizza-and it does! The roominess on both sides have been optimal. The transparent door really makes one “keep it neat “ and we have a really good looking interior, if I say so myself! We have been very pleased with the standard ice and the craft ice, kinda fancy!! We would certainly recommend this fridge and are very pleased we purchased it!

It has now been a month since I bought this refrigerator and I love it. Very spacious and I love the large layout and multiple shelves in both the refrigerator and freezer. The instaview is a nice to have but definitely not necessary however I do like the look of it with the black instaview window on the stainless steel. Personally I don’t see the point of knocking on the door to see inside before opening. The way to open the doors takes getting use to. I am accustomed to handles of course. Great purchase and would definitely recommend this refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought Jan 2022. Have had 2-3 craft ice makers, 1 reg ice maker, amd a mother board installed. I lost a freezer full of food as well as the refrigerator. Now they say a compressor is bad. CO has been out here twice and canceled today's appt.

Since day one this fridge did not work correctly. Keeps locking out features like ice maker and even getting water. Only makes 3 craft ice balls at a time and it takes a week for that to happen. If you want to use the features in the morning you have to do a reset every time it’s ridiculous. I will never buy LG items again.

Old fridge went out and I just needed a fridge. I thought this was just a novelty at first, but I gotta admit that I really like it. Some of the negative reviews had me concerned, but if you look deep at them, some are just petty. Overall, after a few months, I'm very pleased. I already had LG Thin Q for the washer and dryer, so the Knock Knock just fell into place. If I have one negative, I have to get used to the bin handles being on the bottom of the bins. but that not a deal breaker.

Lots of organized space - glass front so I can see inside, and my FAVORTE feature: craft ice balls. These are wonderful for a good whiskey or just to make the kids' drinks fun. We did have an issue with the craft ice maker in January, but LG was quite prompt at sending us a replacement within 2 days, along with very easy instructions to replace it. Definitely a good purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for just over 6 months. Minor water filter issues which was easily scheduled and fixed. Ice maker works great. Craft Ice is a bonus, though not fully rounded but pretty close. Super quiet and the price was reasonable. Plenty of room for all our food. We really love it.

We love this refrigerator. It's huge inside. My husband loves the bourbon ball ice cube feature. There is so much space for extra food if you're hosting a party or have a large family. The side door compartments in the refrigerator are really large too. The drawers in the freezer can hold a lot of food, if you like to meal prep, and the shelf space is more than adequate. If you have kids who are constantly opening the frig door to see what's inside, the see through glass is a mental lifesaver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Owned this refrigerator for a couple of months now. Enjoy the space inside. My only dislikes are the fridge door closes hard and had to replace my craft ice maker already because it was not sealing properly and dumping water inside the freezer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great refrigerator so far, only had it a month. Works good the only thing I would say is the craft ice balls aren’t really “craft ice” it’s not clear ice, good amount of bubbles in there. It more like regular ice in a different shape.
