This refrigerator has been a nice addition to our home. I like the controls and easy access to items stored within. I like the added features like the craft ice. Having said that, the craft ice feature failed and had to be replaced. The replacement was taken care of in short order and very professionally.

It is on the right side when you open the fridge and if you are not careful you can accidentally hit the settings and screw the thing up, such as stopping the craft ice maker from working. And when this ice maker is working it makes this horrible loud noise before "dropping" the ice into the tray.

I bought this to replace previous French Door that had ice maker that stopped working properly after first year. Main objective was to not have indoor icemaker that was housed in refrigerator section. I thought I would have to give up in door water and ice, then I saw this side by side that at first glance looks like a four door. Knock twice on the glass panel of the refrigerated side and see what is inside. No electronics to worry about. Looks very GI tech. Has ice maker in the four of the freezer - but wait- it also has an ice maker in the freezer that makes craft ice. Big round balls of ice. Fun feature. So far so good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this earlier this mont. Very happy with it. Icemaker is terrific. Quiet and non stays full. Water dispenser is easy to use. Has a problem with water taste several days after installation. Based on google search just popped the water filter out and reinstalled That solved the problem. Very odd experience, never happened with any other refrigerator brand. The see see through door is unique. Takes getting used to but not a problem

I have had this for probably a year now, love the refrigerator but the craft ice doesn’t work anymore and the regular ice doesn’t produce enough when I have company. You have to constantly tell the refrigerator to make craft ice, it would be nice if the machine would constantly make craft ice. I loved the craft ice when it was working.

I love everything about the refrigerator from how spacious and accessible both the fridge and freezer are, how quickly and consistently it gets to the set temps, and how quiet it runs. The only downfall is how small the ice compartment is. My family loves to randomly eat ice. The ice maker and storage of ice is just way too small for our family.

I've had this refrigerator for a year and a half now. I love the size and the look. Everything's been working as expected except the craft ice maker stopped working. I called LG and they sent me a replacement ice maker without much hassle and included a water filter. I received the replacement the following week and it's all working again. I'm not completely convinced that the ice maker was broken though...I'm thinking that maybe if I unplugged it and "cleaned" it imaybe would have fixed the problem...nevertheless I really appreciate the ease of getting this problem resolved so quickly...zero cost out of pocket!

Fridge works good. Ice ball maker makes ice balls with a flat spot but they are still good quality ice. Space and features are good. Primary ice maker looks small at first but makes ice fast. Ability to monitor refrigerator works good. Price did not include all needed accessories for the fridge to work so price jumped $300.

It has a dual ice maker and the knock on the see thru glass which allows you to see inside without opening the door. I also love the app which allows you to control temperature and ice making function. This is a great buy and I would definitely recommend to family and friends!

This refrigerator worked wonderful for all of sudden it stopped working. The service man came out and worked on it. Then two weeks later it went out altoghether. The service man came and replaced compressor and another unit. It has worked beautifully since then, but I lost around $200 to $300 dollars worth of food. I was not happy about this.
