Knock on the door and see what’s available…round balls of ice…sleek design…it’s the best fridge I’ve ever had. I would recommend it to anyone. Cools and freezes perfectly and price was really affordable.

Bought this refrigerator because I had the washer machine and dryer which is very good. The craft ice maker went out in less than 6 months had to have it repaired. The repair guy told me this is a persistent problem and it's a design flaw if I knew this before hand I would have not purchased so disappointed.

After having our fridge for 6 weeks, it stopped working. The repair man said the main board is bad. We haven’t had a fridge/freezer for 2 weeks now, and it’s still not fixed. I have 3 small children and it has been ridiculous not having a fridge. Never did I think that a fridge this expensive would be broken in 6 weeks. Not happy and would not buy this brand again.

Bought this frig because I wanted a side by side with black stainless finish. While I found the knock on glass to be a con it was the only frig I could find that had my other prerequisite so we bought it. I’m not sure why anyone wants to see a bunch of condiment bottles thru the door but even when the light is off you can still see the bottles of stuff. I would have preferred all black stainless. I love the room in this frig/freezer and so far the ice maker is working well for us , I drink lots of ice water and when we had a crowd this past weekend it kept up! The craft ice is nice but I wish that it was just a backup ice maker! Seems like the frig is missing a drawer as I am used to a deli drawer a fruit and an additional veggie drawer and this frig has only two drawers but the shelf space is adequate for everything. I hated the last two freezers we had the drawer type and things got lost in the pile at the bottom and back of the freezer. So much happier with good ole side by side.

Of all the refrigerators I have owned and used in my life, this one is the absolute worst! I’ve never required more service calls on a refrigerator in my entire life. Between both ice makers breaking down in under two years and being told by service mechanics that LG manufactured improperly tested and knowingly faulty products and sold them to customers is despicable! On top of that, the requirement to UNPLUG the product to reset it is most difficult for a disabled veteran or any customer with physical limitations. LG manufacturers computers with on/off switches yet they put a computer in a refrigerator and force customers to deal with their negligence. WHAT A HORRIBLE DECISION! I’ve had refrigerators 20 plus years that function perfectly without any issues. I still have a refrigerator over 24 years old that works perfectly in my garage. Needless to say, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER LG PRODUCT FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE! Nor will I ever recommend a LG product to anyone, ever!

I have had my new gorgeous fridge for a few weeks now so I’m still getting to know it lol . I still miss my deli draw but made it happen with containers on one of the shelves , so I can make anything work and move on but when you get water it does seem to drip and leave a water mark which is no big deal I wipe it but for some it might be a deal breaker . The craft ice is a huge winner for me I even put it in my glass of water -some have said it’s loud when making the ice but I get excited I have new ones waiting for me ! so far I like the shelving and drawers waiting on my first holiday to really test it’s abilities , the door shelves are deep and hold a lot which gives me more space on the inside shelves . So far very happy with my new fridge .

Its awesome, holds ALOT more than the old side by sides. I never thought id buy one but i HIGHLY recommend it/The freezer is very spacious/No more digging in the drawer

I really do not like this fridge there is not enough space. It only has two drawers and not even one is a crisper to keep veggies fresh. It does not make enough ice on time to keep two people with ice water. It is so slow!! Also there is no small drawer or anywhere to store butter or cheese. It is just made wrong in all the wrong ways. Very disappointed

We had an Kenmore elite refrigerator that we had for almost 6 years every year we had problems with that refrigerator and the icemaker quit over a year ago so I had to buy a little portable icemaker anyway just to make matters worse it died two weeks ago and I found at Azusa sales Lg after doing A lot of research I ended up with this one looks wonderful and so far works very well hope it lasts for a long time
