[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this refrigerator for just over 6 months. Minor water filter issues which was easily scheduled and fixed. Ice maker works great. Craft Ice is a bonus, though not fully rounded but pretty close. Super quiet and the price was reasonable. Plenty of room for all our food. We really love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge and had it delivered. The first came and had a cooling issue. We were able to quickly get an exchange. The new one came and immediately started cooling. We were able to put food in the fridge within about 4 hours or so. Absolutely love the craft ice. Even my dogs do too :P I would highly recommend getting it! It’s really nice to tap on the glass and see what you need to get at the grocery store and save a bit more on the energy bill.

I have had this product for a month now and it is super. The design is very sleek and the features it offers are incredible. The round ice is great for drinks and the see through door helps cut back on wasted energy. The LG ThinQ app is just another great feature to have when you want to be able to control your unit from anywhere.

Bought a few months ago and the ice maker has been nothing short of maddening. Forget the long amounts of time wasted on getting help over the phone and through chat. The ice maker has made my life miserable. The repairman was a week wait, he came in and said they have had tons of issues with these and simply replaced it. Of course the new one is no better. I have to reset the thing just to get it to turn over and dump the 8 small cubes.

Omg this is the best fridge ever! If you knock on the black part it is a window! So you don't have to keep opening the door to see what you have or do not have. It is also deeper than most refrigerators so it can hold so much more! Love it! It is dedicated durable and the shelves are adjustable so you can make them shorter or taller depending on your needs. Another cool thing is the ice! It has the typical ice in the front but it also has a tray for ice to come out in the shape of balls! You can drop 3 in a yeti cup and they are perfect! The kiddos love that! Out of all the ones I have had, this one beats them all

I bought this to replace previous French Door that had ice maker that stopped working properly after first year. Main objective was to not have indoor icemaker that was housed in refrigerator section. I thought I would have to give up in door water and ice, then I saw this side by side that at first glance looks like a four door. Knock twice on the glass panel of the refrigerated side and see what is inside. No electronics to worry about. Looks very GI tech. Has ice maker in the four of the freezer - but wait- it also has an ice maker in the freezer that makes craft ice. Big round balls of ice. Fun feature. So far so good.

This fridge was purchased more as a want than for anything else. I love the craft ice. I love the view in window feature where you can either just look through or tap the screen to turn on the light. There is a ton of room in both the freezer and fridge portion and it is nice and classy looking. Not exactly fingerprint resistant like it says, but I still love it anyway.

I purchased refrigerator in early July. So far, I am very pleased with it. I'm especially pleased with all the great features: two sources of ice, especially the craft ice...love it. Viewing what's inside is a special feature. It gives me lots of space in both the freezer and refrigerator which is exactly what I looked for. Another great feature is being smudge-proof..I only need to wipe with a cloth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is less than 2 years old. Have had it serviced a couple of times. When it runs well, its good but shouldn't be breaking down that much. Getting online help (chat) is a huge hassle. Last go around I was dropped 3-4 times from the chat and overall took about 1 hour or more to resolve that I needed to bring in a technician.

We are always having to use the ice balls in the evening, and some go without ice for supper. Therefore no ice for evening beverage. Old standup refrigerator produced so much more ice. Given three stars because I’m in the south and ice is pretty necessary to have cold drinks and water.
