When I received my refrigerator, it was plugged in and worked. On the third day, the light wouldn’t come on and water was all over the floor of my kitchen. When I contacted LG, I have been given the run around and no one has been out to see about my refrigerator yet. LG DOES NOT stand by its products nor the consumers who purchase their products!!!

Love the freezer size especially as you can actually SEE everything. No having to go on a scavenger hunt for hidden pizzas on the bottom of a drawer. The depth of the shelves handles weekly shopping trips perfectly. Love it!!!

We are so happy with the LG refrigerator. It is quiet, solid and has more room than I anticipated. In prior side by sides I couldn't see anything in the drawers. It is easy to see everything and I really appreciate the viewing door as well as the large ice cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this fridge, but we have had problems with it. When the fridge door closes, the freezer door pops open, When the freezer door closes, the fridge door opens. I have had food to defrost because I was unaware that freezer door was open.

This fridge is a terriblly designed product. I have now had 2 of the bins that are behind the door completely fail and fall off. The first time it happened, it shattered one of my glass shelves inside the fridge, breaking that drawer as well. I also ended up losing about 20 of my bottles of miscellaneous condiments that were stored in the shelf as well as an entire drawer full of fruit. The only decent thing about this fridge is the ice balls, especially since you will need to drink heavily after this fridge continually fails to do its job.

despite installation problem--2 teams refused to do it--it is a great fooler--looks like an armoire, but is side-by-side. Love the 3 kinds of custom ice, and the stairstep like drawers, which gives you a chance to put something down while getting something else. Use the view door to put my most used items, like milk, yogurt, butter and PowerAde--plus an Alexa shopping list built in

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this just about a month ago as part of a total kitchen renovation. It's a great refrigerator with excellent features. Looks fantastic in my new kitchen. Both the freezer and fridge have excellent storage capacity. The only drawback is there is no deli drawer, but I just use a removable plastic bin. Love the craft ice feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We ordered the fridge in June 2022. I loved the fridge because my mom previously purchased the fridge, she had no issues. Everything was working fine for a few months. Now we are having issues with the craft ice maker.

I got this fridge in January and now in September I have had the LG repair man to my house 4 times and the problem is still not resolved. The freezer works well, and I like the layout and the 2 ice makers, but the refrigerator will not stay cold, it remains at about 40-45 degrees.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has the perfect amount of technology without getting ridiculous. The "knock" door is nice to just check if we need milk or juice. The door bins a quite large, as are the drawers. The craft ice is a nice touch, and the water/ice dispensing system is easy to use. Looking forward to years of carefree use and properly cooled food. P.S. It looks really nice in our kitchen!
