We love our LG refrigerator. It looks nice, keeps food cold and fresh and love the see through door. Unfortunately one of the reasons we bought this model was for the craft icemaker and we have had issues with it. It worked fine for about 4 months but since then it has not ejected the ice balls properly and then it attempts to refill the molds and water ends up spilling into the ice tray and freezing. We are having the refrigerator serviced next week and hopefully that will fix the issue.

I bought about a month ago and I love it! The different Ice options are great I personally love the chopped ice! It is spacious the things kept on the door stay as cold as the stuff on the shelves. Not to mention I can knock on the front of the door and look inside to see if I want something in there rather than stand there with door open.And this can connect to app where I can control the temperature of fridge make craft ice right from my couch

I have had this product for a month now and it is super. The design is very sleek and the features it offers are incredible. The round ice is great for drinks and the see through door helps cut back on wasted energy. The LG ThinQ app is just another great feature to have when you want to be able to control your unit from anywhere.

The space & tech is just great; & I think it is really economical. There are only 2 items of concern: 1. The water filters are pricey unless you gamble on the cheaper versions 2. I wish the tray covers were very tempered glass or plastic. There's lots of stories where someone dropped something & that glass just shattered; & they are not cheap to replace

I am so glad I decided to make this purchase. Its a beautiful and is well made. Although, food has become expensive, I love to purchase, fill the fridge and organize the drinks on the door some can knock knock and see what we have available. It's just the best thing I have purchased.

This refrigerator has been a nice addition to our home. I like the controls and easy access to items stored within. I like the added features like the craft ice. Having said that, the craft ice feature failed and had to be replaced. The replacement was taken care of in short order and very professionally.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed the ice makers and the ability to check on the device with my phone. I do wish I could buy another drawer to insert. We had to improvise with some cheap options. I also wish the filter lasted longer.

We decided to get this model instead of the one without the Instaview feature. Figured we may as well get something fancy, and fancy it is. Deal breaker was that the top shelf was adjustable - only the top shelf - so I could put a bottle of wine there. There are no other adjustable shelves in the refrigerator which stinks. Makes pretty round ice cubes. It's pretty on the outside with the Instaview. It's very quiet which is nice, and there is a lot of space inside.

Looks great and the glass see-thru side is really cool. It makes a load of ice quickly, and it also makes really unique ice balls (for mixed drinks) with a separate ice maker drawer. Great price and great reviews we checked thoroughly before buying this beast. We are completely satisfied.

Side by side feature….deep shelves…great consistent cooling on both sides….door in door feature for those frequently used fridge items….ice/water dispenser….smudge proof outside finish….very quiet….energy efficient. A feature that I really like that was not a buying point for me is Craft Ice. I use it more than I thought I would. Only drawback for me at this point in ownership is there are no baskets for food in the freezer. It would be very helpful to able to pull out a basket of some food rather than a loose pile of frozen food. Overall pleased with my purchase. A good price for a excellent appliance. Set up was right on time, done professionally, and old fridge hauled away.
