[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Will never buy LG fridge again. Only after having fridge for under two years the compressor has gone out and we lost food from both freezer and fridge. After having compressor fixed craft ice maker broke.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought one last year for myself and one for my mother. I love everything about this refrigerator. It has so much shelf space in both the refrigerator and freezer side. I took off one star because the craft ice machine stopped working before the 1 year mark in both refrigerators . I am waiting on the replacement to come in the mail. We still get cubed and crush ice, but I really chose this brand because of the craft ice. Oversell a great buy!

This is not my first LG refrigerator. I had the one with the 2 door open function that allowed you to get drinks, etc out without opening the entire refrigerator. LOVED THAT PRODUCT!! But can not locate a similar one in our area; so we opted for this refrigerator with the "knock" and see function. I simply love the simplicity of the look. It matches my other LG products in the kitchen perfectly. What I would change if given an option, is 1) to add a handle and 2) remove that hinge on the top of the door, if possible. This is a fairly deep refrigerator and the hinge just sticks up a little too high for comfort. And I love the sleekness of the look, but it requires you to grab the ledge under the door to open the refrigerator because there is no handle. I'm not a big fan. Once you start using the refrigerator, the practicality of not having a handle becomes clear. You can't come in with a bunch of groceries in your hands to put things up, etc and grab a handle with 1 or 2 fingers to open the door. You have to lower your hand and grab the edge of the door. This results in whatever is in your hands, sliding door your arm, hand, etc and hitting on the refrigerator door. Just my thoughts. I intend to have this refrigerator a long time, but I sure did LOVE the previous version more than this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this as a compromise between the refirgerator my wife wanted, and the one I wanted. Talk about fortuitous. We both love this unit. The freezer section is roomy and easy to organize, the fridge section is actually very well thought out. The view window I incorrectly thought was a gimick I now use constantly to prevent opening the door. And the craft ice fits perfect in my hydroflask. The craft ice is also perfect for my scotch glass. Overall we love this appliance

I like that the ice maker is in the freezer and no more issues with it sitting in the refrigerator side and taking up room.

I wanted a regular refrigerator, and when my ice stopped making ice I had to download an app to update my ice maker. Then it stopped making the ball ice again and called it in and they showed me where the reset button was. That is the only negative thing I can say. It is very roomy for food and I like the lighted door when just checking the fridge.

Love the refrigerator with the freezer on one side and edge to edge Instaview for easy view inside with out opening the door. This refrigerator makes my house look even more modern. Especially when I serving more then one guess and need extra ice with the dual ice maker with craft ice give plenty and plus the draft round ice makes it look really cool.

And we are a family of 5 and all our boys Love the three ice cub shapes for different drink options. We unanimously decided that this has been our favorite refrigerator so far.
