Bought refrigerator less than a year ago. Ice maker died but once we scheduled the warrantied repair, it literally took 5 minutes to swap out the bad with the new. Do we really need craft ice? Gimmicky for a party. Do we really need to knock on the door to see what's inside? The grandkids enjoyed playing with it for about three knocking occasions. The "UVnano" light on the ice/water dispenser is questionable and am still not sure of its importance. Verdict: keep the fun ice but ditch the knocking on the door and eerie light feature. Every time a new part is installed, the warranty for that part should start anew.

I especially love the instaview feature that allows me to see what's inside without opening the door. Another neat feature is the ice maker that creates fancy ice for any type of cocktails. Opening the doors is easy and efficient using the holds at the center instead of having handles sticking out

Bought this fridge, waited 2 weeks for it to get to me for it to not work. I put stuff in it thinking it would work perfectly since it came to us new but instead it froze everything! I checked and it was set on 37 degrees which is manufacturer recommended setting. I turned it up to 43 degrees (as high as it will go and also not a safe temp for food) and I put a thermometer in it from my deep freezer to see if it was keeping temp. Within 20 minutes, the thermometer said 5 degrees with it set at 43! The freezer side was set to 0 per your recommendation and thermometer said it was -10, causing the water lines to freezer and be unable to produce ice or dispense water. This is the main purpose of a fridge is that the thermostat in it is accurate and functioning properly to keep food safe and fresh, it couldn't even do that. Returned this to the store and replaced it with a trusted brand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the fridge. There are more space since the storage is horizontal and not the typical horizontal set-up. Even if you open the right fridge, you can still get water from the water dispenser. I loved the craft ice and UV light which cleans the surface dispenser by itsellf.

We love our LG refrigerator. It looks nice, keeps food cold and fresh and love the see through door. Unfortunately one of the reasons we bought this model was for the craft icemaker and we have had issues with it. It worked fine for about 4 months but since then it has not ejected the ice balls properly and then it attempts to refill the molds and water ends up spilling into the ice tray and freezing. We are having the refrigerator serviced next week and hopefully that will fix the issue.

I bought the fridge back in Aug 2022 and it’s been really good. Good amount of storage and the controls are easy enough to understand. The downsides are 1. The knock feature to turn on the light is something I never use. 2. The craft ice maker broke on me after a several months of regular use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this unit for about four months now. Everything works great except the icemakers. It has a door icemaker, and a craft ice maker. I’m having trouble with the craft icemaker. It pops loudly and no longer is it producing ice. The door icemaker seems to be slower than the previous LG refrigerator freezer that I had. I did call in and spoke to someone I think in the Philippines, which I had trouble understanding with the accent, and have no resolution at this time. I would like to have somebody come out and look at this unit so that I might enjoy it for years to come. So for me, the jury is out on the quality of this product. I have bought mini LG items in the past refrigerators, washer, dryers, etc..

I bought this a couple months ago. Absolutely love it! Had issues getting it because the company that delivered it had an accident and damaged the door. when I finally got it, I was so happy!!! It’s great! So big!!! So cold!!! Love it. Something happened with my craft ice maker and it stopped working. Called LG and the woman who answered was awesome!!! Responsive! Understanding AND helpful!!! We got it fixed super fast and easy!!! Very pleased with the product and customer service!!
