[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have really enjoyed the ice makers and the ability to check on the device with my phone. I do wish I could buy another drawer to insert. We had to improvise with some cheap options. I also wish the filter lasted longer.

I bought this refrigerator last December and loved it. One of the things I loved most was the craft ice machine. Well, that lasted about 4 months and the repair people are having a hard time finding me parts. Overall, I still love the fridge but disappointed.

If you love ice cold drinks and milk, this is the frig for you. I thought the wouldn’t care about the craft ice maker but actually like the round ice balls. It is massive as well on both sides. Hopefully, it lasts because we love it so far.

Stopped works for making Craft ice. Sevice person has come 4 times. Every time they need to order a part. Craft ice now works but the light when you knock doesn’t now. How in the world can the parts not exist or be on backorder if this is a new fridge. This has all been going on now for about a month and a half and still not fixed. not acceptable and definitely not good service.

I bought this brand new fridge item one month ago although the fridge is spacious with great features the ice machine on the door was none functional but it took one month before repairs and replacement was completed. This not what I expect from a renowned brand name such as LG to get a defective item and especially when I spend that kind of money. I was very disappointed but now the repairs have been completed and everything has been working well for the last 48hours. I still think that I should’ve been given a replacement instead of repairing the defective ice roller on the door of fridge but I willl keep monitoring it to see how it functions

I love how deep the shelved are, i can put a large aluminum pan into the refrigerator. I love the craft Ice, it gives guest the feeling of high class drinking. Also, the vegetables trays are really deep and contain a lot of food. It was my main reason for buying it because I am vegan. And lastly the glamorous front tap door is a great upgrade to my kitchen. The refrigater is great the best I have owned food stays at a great temperature effortlessly.

We had this refrigerator for a few weeks and it works well. Keeps the food cold and ice maker works well for me and my husband. The craft ice is a fun option and serves as back up ice if we use up the ice in the door. Best thing is the Print proof finish on the doors. Prints just wipe off with a soft cloth. And if you train yourself to just use the handles, you’ll never see a fingerprint. If I were to change anything I would add pull out shelves since they are deep and an option to have the water in the dispenser run automatically without holding the glass or pitcher If you have a high ice demand I would forego the craft ice for a larger ice maker.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator doesn’t make a lot of ice. We’re a family of 4 and we fill up out water bottles in the AM and it’s out of ice. Contacted customer service through the app and they say our warranty is up. So on top of it apparently the warranty is only like 3 months. Would never buy this brand again.

We had owned a LG Refrigerator for 19 years, no problems. We downsized to a smaller home in July and decided to purchase new refrigerator. We blame both ourselves and the salesman for not reviewing the features more thoroughly. We weren’t told about the round ice balls, so surprised when they started to dispense (loudly and slowly), not a useful idea in our thinking. Opening the drawers from the bottom, very unhandy. The glass front looked nice, but we’re constantly having to wash the fingerprints off. Finding milk, orange juice, etc, do not get as cold if put on the shelves behind the glass front. To say the least very disappointed in this purchase.
