I have had this refrigerator about two weeks and can report that I am very pleased with it so far. It’s very roomy and I especially like the craft ice feature. I like the energy saving feature, as I live off grid on solar power only. It runs flawlessly. I would recommend.

The shelving is large too along with the various compartments. I’m able to organize everything so well. Love the ice cube makers - the craft ice is fun too!!! The design is modern and sleek - the stainless is so pretty and keeps clean!!! Love the lighted door so I can quickly see inside! So happy with my new refrigerator!!!

When I received my refrigerator, it was plugged in and worked. On the third day, the light wouldn’t come on and water was all over the floor of my kitchen. When I contacted LG, I have been given the run around and no one has been out to see about my refrigerator yet. LG DOES NOT stand by its products nor the consumers who purchase their products!!!

Stopped works for making Craft ice. Sevice person has come 4 times. Every time they need to order a part. Craft ice now works but the light when you knock doesn’t now. How in the world can the parts not exist or be on backorder if this is a new fridge. This has all been going on now for about a month and a half and still not fixed. not acceptable and definitely not good service.

Help, We just ordered and received this beautiful refrigerator this week. We cleaned out the ice and water and thought we were good. Then we opened the freezer door and the ice container fell when it was full of ice and broke one of the shelves. We had used the door several times in the last three days prior placing new items inside and had not touched the ice maker again and then this happened. Where would we go to buy a new shelf? How do we make sure the ice maker is seated properly when we had thought we had done so and come to find several days later that it can just fall down? Have no idea what to do from here. Can someone please email me back?

We had owned a LG Refrigerator for 19 years, no problems. We downsized to a smaller home in July and decided to purchase new refrigerator. We blame both ourselves and the salesman for not reviewing the features more thoroughly. We weren’t told about the round ice balls, so surprised when they started to dispense (loudly and slowly), not a useful idea in our thinking. Opening the drawers from the bottom, very unhandy. The glass front looked nice, but we’re constantly having to wash the fingerprints off. Finding milk, orange juice, etc, do not get as cold if put on the shelves behind the glass front. To say the least very disappointed in this purchase.

This is a great fridge! I love a side by side as that style freezer works best for me organizationally. It opens similar to a feench door, which is great as the doors swing widely to allow access. It was so easy or organize and easy to see what you have. I LOVE the knock twice refrigerator view drawer, as my son can do that now to see what we have instead of standing there with the door open all the time. The ice and water dispenser on the door is brighter and easier to read than most - and a good design for selecting options. We also love the craft ice balls. Really nice upgrade. Highly recommend - super happy with it!

I bought this brand new fridge item one month ago although the fridge is spacious with great features the ice machine on the door was none functional but it took one month before repairs and replacement was completed. This not what I expect from a renowned brand name such as LG to get a defective item and especially when I spend that kind of money. I was very disappointed but now the repairs have been completed and everything has been working well for the last 48hours. I still think that I should’ve been given a replacement instead of repairing the defective ice roller on the door of fridge but I willl keep monitoring it to see how it functions

Bought this fridge for the nano UV water dispenser in the door. It also shows the inside when you knock on the door. But the truly nice features of adjustable shelves, egg and meat trays, are missing on this model. For us it was worth getting a UV dispenser and craft ice. But I do miss having adjustable shelves.
