I have had my new gorgeous fridge for a few weeks now so I’m still getting to know it lol . I still miss my deli draw but made it happen with containers on one of the shelves , so I can make anything work and move on but when you get water it does seem to drip and leave a water mark which is no big deal I wipe it but for some it might be a deal breaker . The craft ice is a huge winner for me I even put it in my glass of water -some have said it’s loud when making the ice but I get excited I have new ones waiting for me ! so far I like the shelving and drawers waiting on my first holiday to really test it’s abilities , the door shelves are deep and hold a lot which gives me more space on the inside shelves . So far very happy with my new fridge .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has the perfect amount of technology without getting ridiculous. The "knock" door is nice to just check if we need milk or juice. The door bins a quite large, as are the drawers. The craft ice is a nice touch, and the water/ice dispensing system is easy to use. Looking forward to years of carefree use and properly cooled food. P.S. It looks really nice in our kitchen!

I needed the extra space and my husband fell in love with the ice maker! Three kinds of ice! Everyone loves knocking on the instaview door to look inside.

This is a great for someone who doesn't want their fridge to be a giant smart phone in the kitchen. I highly recommend this beautiful designed appliance!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fridge, the only dislike (which is why it only gets 4 stars) is the lack of/bad placement of “handles”. They are too low, seems they could have incorporated an actual handle on the face, as to not have the “handles” below the glass and dispenser. Inside is nice, although there’s only an option for top shelf to be moved up or down, the other shelves are permanent. The drawers at the bottom, handle placement could have been better. The lip to open is at the bottom of each drawer which isn’t bad for the top one. the bottom one is at the very bottom, not easily accessible.other than the handle issues I personally have, it’s a great fridge. We have had this fridge for a year. It’s very nice looking. The craft ice machine is amazing. Although it started making one big ice chunk instead of balls. It’s spacious and when the glass shelves shattered LG promptly sent a replacement. Customer service was excellent.

I have only had this refrigerator a few weeks but it is exactly what I wanted ! My only cons are the water doesn’t come out very cold at all.I’m not sure if thi is normal but it’s seems like it should be extremely cold since it comes from the freezer side of the fridge.The ice and water dispenser makes a mess and it doesn’t have a drip pan/tray to catch excess water and ice.

I bought our new fridge when our old one went out in November. I was hesitant to get another LG because the other one had many problems. However, it was in stock and I liked the features. Other than the craft ice maker going out within 6 months, we have been pleased.

So far, about 2 months old since installed, it's been a very nice appliance that is roomy, easy accessible to food and looks great. Loving the crushed ice and water, which I miss having before. Hopefully, no future problems, because I really like this refrigerator.
