Love the freezer size especially as you can actually SEE everything. No having to go on a scavenger hunt for hidden pizzas on the bottom of a drawer. The depth of the shelves handles weekly shopping trips perfectly. Love it!!!

We have enjoyed being able to knock on the door to see if there is anything we want out of the fridge before we open the door. It cools everything evenly and at the perfect temperature. I am super happy with this purchase!!

But by the time it took to get it, then get it installed in our new build house, then finally move it, I’ll just live with it, The 2nd shelf in the door keeps falling off. The molds don’t fit well. Seems like the things in the door do not keep very cold.

Bought this fridge for the nano UV water dispenser in the door. It also shows the inside when you knock on the door. But the truly nice features of adjustable shelves, egg and meat trays, are missing on this model. For us it was worth getting a UV dispenser and craft ice. But I do miss having adjustable shelves.

I wanted a regular refrigerator, and when my ice stopped making ice I had to download an app to update my ice maker. Then it stopped making the ball ice again and called it in and they showed me where the reset button was. That is the only negative thing I can say. It is very roomy for food and I like the lighted door when just checking the fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this fridge and had it delivered. The first came and had a cooling issue. We were able to quickly get an exchange. The new one came and immediately started cooling. We were able to put food in the fridge within about 4 hours or so. Absolutely love the craft ice. Even my dogs do too :P I would highly recommend getting it! It’s really nice to tap on the glass and see what you need to get at the grocery store and save a bit more on the energy bill.

We left our last LG with our home sale and were sorry that we did. It was a door-in-door SmartView, and we just couldn't see getting another when we had a perfectly good fridge in the garage of our new home. Also, made me exercise a bit for my dinner! However, with all the 4th of July sales, we finally decided to fill the kitchen space, and my Wife found this. I assumed it was exactly the same as our last fridge, but am pleasantly surprised that it is not. Well, mostly, anyway. I DO miss the door-in-door, and I wish this one had handles in the tops of the doors as well, but it is sleek looking and HUGE inside. Fit our space perfectly as well, and the craft ice, though gimmicky, is pretty cool.

I have only had this refrigerator a few weeks but it is exactly what I wanted ! My only cons are the water doesn’t come out very cold at all.I’m not sure if thi is normal but it’s seems like it should be extremely cold since it comes from the freezer side of the fridge.The ice and water dispenser makes a mess and it doesn’t have a drip pan/tray to catch excess water and ice.

I wanted: no visible handles and the most smudge free stainless steel frig on the market- I HATE smudges!! I got it! Lots of room, nice size drawers in frig and freezer. My husband wanted specialty ice cubes, he got them with this frig. He love love loves the ice cubes.
