As of today, this fridge has been ok. I love the picture view concept and I like the alert sound when the fridge has been open too long. The color is stunning. The value was fairly reasonable. The cons are not enough drawers or shelves in the freezer. And no handles to open it or close it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this refrigerator almost a month ago. It has great features and plenty of room for everything. The craft ice is a nice bonus. The stainless cleans up easily and does not leave fingerprints. Keeping my fingers crossed that this fridge lasts longer than our previous (other brand) one.

Overall we are happy with our new fridge. The inside is spacious and has a nice look to it and the knock feature is fun. I am trying to figure out how to keep dust particles from adhering to the lower front and showing so much. I have also dumped 5 trays of ice balls and they still taste salty. Once we get these little things adjusted I am sure it will be perfect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to wait a few weeks as it was backordered, but so far the refrigerater works well. I like the ice/water dispenser and the refrigerator itself is very quiet. Only issue so far is that it fingerprints on it are very noticeable.

For our space the refrigerator was too big and we returned it. We also didn't like the see through window - it never went completely back and we could see the jars in the door. You can't clearly see what's on the shelves, and it's not attractive to see the door contents. However, there is a lot of storage - it would be great for families. And the craft ice maker is an awesome feature!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the LG fridge for two weeks. There are mostly positives. We really like the slick, modern look. It blends well with our other non-LG appliances. The refrigerator side is very large and well lit. The freezer is smaller than our previous side by side, but it’s good. The craft ice is a great addition. The fridge pushes all the way to the wall due to the unique way the cord exits at the top. Lastly for the goods, it is super easy to clean on the front. Frustrating parts are just the inability to move the fridge bins (which mechanically makes sense due to the interior configuration), no butter/cheese drawer, and mostly only shelves in the freezer section instead of bins that can store more. The ice maker does take time to produce ice, but the craft ice supplements well. Overall, we love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my Thing Q Model a month ago and it is awesome. I love the craft ice feature because I love a good old fashion. The UV sterilizer was a selling point for me also. Definitely would recommend this. In addition, it's larger than most other fridges.

Bought this refrigerator because I had the washer machine and dryer which is very good. The craft ice maker went out in less than 6 months had to have it repaired. The repair guy told me this is a persistent problem and it's a design flaw if I knew this before hand I would have not purchased so disappointed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A day after refrigerator arrived I noticed a panel on the top of it was missing, called the number given n the person n tech could not find it sooooo they sent out a tech n after him being on the phone with another guy they said it don't exist and left sooooo I went back to the store I purchased it from and took a picture of what they said doesn't exist.
