More space in freezer than the more expensive models. Had small issue, but their services man fixed it up with no hassle or questions. Overall great value.

We are extremely pleased with our LG side-by-side “Instaview” refrigerator w/bottom freezer purchased a few months ago. Our favorite features are the ice cubes: slow melting ice craft, regular and crushed, as well as the knock twice to view contents of the frig. It’s aSouppie sleek, flat feature and it performs very well. I could not ask for a more reliable electronic in my kitchen. Thanks LG!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this fridge, the only dislike (which is why it only gets 4 stars) is the lack of/bad placement of “handles”. They are too low, seems they could have incorporated an actual handle on the face, as to not have the “handles” below the glass and dispenser. Inside is nice, although there’s only an option for top shelf to be moved up or down, the other shelves are permanent. The drawers at the bottom, handle placement could have been better. The lip to open is at the bottom of each drawer which isn’t bad for the top one. the bottom one is at the very bottom, not easily accessible.other than the handle issues I personally have, it’s a great fridge. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having used the refrigerator for a couple of months I am so pleased with the space, design, and total performance of LGs refrigerator. With the double door design the ice maker is in the freezer section which makes logical sense but my previous refrigerator (US brand) the ice maker was in the cooling section making ithe ice maker subject to failure, excess lowering of temperature in the cooling section to make ice, etc. Not only this design but also the LG simplistic design in both sections of the two door fringe slows excellent lighting, allows easy storage, easy inventory verification etc. The outside design is a plus as well. The special craft ice maker is another wow for this machine. LG must have had the right designers on this piece of equipment. Hooray!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, we really love this refrigerator. Lots of room inside, especially for a side-by-side. The knock-knock window feature is a nice quick and easy way to see inside to check for items. The inside door ThinQ panel makes changing settings very simple and easy. Love the ability to have craft ice as well as regular ice cubes ready to go. The only reason I’m not giving this a 5 star review is because the craft ice maker stopped working just a few months after purchase. Thankfully the LG chat site was very responsive and sent out another ice-maker, which was very easy to install. It was just annoying that the craft ice maker didn’t work for very long. Otherwise, this is a great fridge and I would definitely recommend it.

I needed the extra space and my husband fell in love with the ice maker! Three kinds of ice! Everyone loves knocking on the instaview door to look inside.
