My dog seems to enjoy this food and I like that it will help her lose a little weight and stay at a healthier weight. She can be quite picky, so I take it as a sign that she likes it when she eats it without needing a topper.

We started him with the Beneful puppy formula and he loves his Healthy Weight now and has never had table scraps or people food. He goes to his Vet for regular checkups and they have always been favorable.Thank you Purina for a reasonably priced nutritious diet that our pup loves.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 8-year old Aussie loves 3 of the Beneful flavors, especially the chicken, he scarfs it down. At 8:00 a.m. every morning he nudges me and runs to the bag of Beneful Healthy Weight Chicken. I have bags of beef & small bites out, he gets his choice and chicken is his go to.

I have an overweight miniature pincher and Blue pitt. I also have 2 small breeds and they all have been raised on Puppy Chow and Dog Chow. I decided to try healthy weight for my min pin and blur pit. Unfortunately it has caused my min pin and pitt to have a bad allergy reaction. They are constantly scratching and loosing their hair. I bought the Beneful original for the small dogs and they scratch too! Unfortunately I bought 40 lbs of each bag and now I want my money back! I wish I would have stayed with the regular DOG CHOW!

I adopted a 12 year old obese Boston Terrier mix that waddled and had low enegy. We called her the breathing carpet. 2 months later, with careful diet and slowly increasing exercise, she has lost over 3 lbs. and has enormous energy. I have strictly followed the Beneful Healthy Weight diet regime to get to this point. In another week I will increase her to the maintenance amount. This is a great product and has done wonders for my "Duckie". I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I did give her some, and there was no delay in her eating it. It has been difficult lately to get her to eat, but there was no problem with this flavor. I am glad to find something that she likes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It seems to me that my 3 dogs really like this dry dog food because when I get ready to feed them in the morning, They'll run around ,jump up ,it looks like they're doing a little dance for me when I'm about to put they're food in there bowls and they bark at me too. It's like that they're telling me to hurry up so they can eat. So I try to buy the same food for them every time but sometimes the store is out of that kind so I'll get them the Purina Dog Chow chicken because they like that one too.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our dog got a little overweight. I switched her from Beneful Little Bites to Beneful Healthy weight. She loves the food and since switching, she has lost 6 lbs. She does have 2-3 more to go, but is headed in the right direction.

I'm a Cain Corso so keeping that weight off the hips is a challenge. Vet says I'm okay so far at 122 lbs. Although a girl can't be too careful about loosing that sexy look and I draw a lot of attention because of how shiny and silky my glowing black coat looks. Mom knows better than to bring home anything else! I love, love, love the chicken flavor and what (if any) is left in my bowl after I get my stomach full, I share with the swans off my floating dock at the side yard. They pray every day that there is some left, so mom puts plenty in my bowl. If they have to come to the house begging, it is so scary 'cause they stand taller than me and hiss. It's important to be kind to the flying and hissing tidal birds around here. Beneful brings great pleasure (and safety) to my life.
