My dogs are family and what feed them is just as important as what I feed my children. What I like about this product is that I know that I am giving my dogs the nutrition that they need while also giving them the taste they love. Farm raised chicken is the number one ingredient and the other ingredients are ones that I can actually pronounce such as; reals apples, green beans, and carrots. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we first adopted Boone, a French Britney, he was approximately 30 pounds overweight. Our home has a dog door and a fenced-in yard and he couldn't get through the door without a struggle. We began feeding him Beneful Weight Management which was the same food that we fed our previous dogs. Although the yard is fenced it is not very large so getting a lot of exercise all the time doesn't happen. I do take them to a park but I'm in my seventies and do the best I can. This food allows him to maintain a healthy weight without being hungry all the time. Today he is at his ideal weight and a happy and healthy dog that chases geckos. He looks forward to his daily meals and loves the food.
