The Phone Support was excellent and the individuals very knowledgeable about the Taxes and the Turbo Tax Software! It was my first time using the software and I was very pleased and impressed at the USER FRIENDLY side of the software! You guys saved me $600 from not using my CPA this year! Thank-you.

When you are given the choice of how to pay for transmission of the state return, it should be clearly noted of the $45 fee from having it deducted from the Fed return. You need to go a couple steps more to find out the $45 fee. You then need to back up and pay with CC to avoid the $45 fee.

There was insufficient information on how to resolve the issued of a e-file reject IND-181-01 return code. It took an internet search to find what is was about (TurboTax video and then an additional search on how to obtain a six digit code IP PIN code. I was fortunate that I had the credentials that let me into the IRS website. It took another internet search to obtain the steps required to enter the code in the TurboTax application. It would have been nice if TurboTax had step-by-step instructions, with accompanying graphics to guide me through the process. I was not a until I got the acceptance notice that I knew that following these steps really worked.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years now and generally find it easy to use. The only thing I would say is that it would be better if somehow you could determine that the standard deduction was best before having to enter all the detailed information for itemized deductions before find out that all that time and effort is wasted since a standard deduction is best for you.

It is a good program only problem is when you want to start your return it asks you if you want to purchase a new turbo tax, why not ask upfront if you already have purchased it and the code # right away, i spent hours trying to figure out how to start without having to say yes to another turbo.

I have been successfully using TurboTax for over 25 years now and they keep making it better each year. This year's TurboTax is the best yet. The only two things that I would like to see is to show numbers from the previous year's return, whenever possible, and to only have to enter bank, credit card, and other information once each year. You saved my tax document password information and secret code informaion to a place on Apple OS (Safari) that no longer exists. Pass words are now keot in Apple application "Passwords". This required me to start my return over from the beginning, as i had no access to either the document password or the Secret code.

Have been using Turbo Tax for about 4 decades. Works just as advertised. Love that Intuit reminds each year to get the new year's software. Somehow years and years ago I ended up with two accounts; I think that was when Inuit purchased Turbo Tax. So that was a confusing transition. I'm afraid to delete the old account and cause problems.

I have used Turbo Tax for several years and thus was the most painful experience ever! I had numerous problems spending hours trying to load the software that I purchased as an email download, then could not open it after finally getting it to load onto my new Mac Air. Then the State program took almost 45 minutes to download. For some reason, it froze on the page where you enter your product key and identify which type of computer you have! Once I finally got rolling with entering my data, your program kept interrupting me with sales ads for your products. If I had not been so aggravated with the product, I may have considered purchasing one or more extras, because I really like your products and have had wonderful experiences with your representatives when I needed to speak with a live expert,

Could not submit return with overrides (which were correct numbers), there should be an option that says, "you have overrides do you want to submit the return as is". Also, Turbotax defaults a $40 filing fee, when they claim that you get to file your return for free.
