Excellent software and very convenient. The only issue is this year it took me a long time to enter my license code and download the software.

Very very frustrating. I forgot my password, but your system failed to get me through any recovery.

The desktop version is so finicky, half the time doesn't work. I cannot transmit my return. Awful experience using TurboTax for what I pay

The download from my brokerage firm put in the wrong amount. It should have been $890 and the software put in $8.00.

The use of input forms is way to cluttered. Much easier to input the data directly onto the government form.

my experience with Turbo Tax was not as good as previous, but still has the features to do my taxes.

I like the new format of looking at the previous year while completing the new tax year. Things flowed very well.
