I have been using Turbo Tax for years to file my taxes and I have been very pleased with the service. However, this year I am having a problem with electronically filing my GA state taxes. I have cleared my browser and cookies but I am not able to input my credit card information to complete the process. I am very discouraged by this glitch.

The product was a total pain in the rear on a Mac it did not do a final update check before filing and failed to send and I had to go manually find and update. The product should have asked to check for updates as part of the final check. Also, I e-filed federal but then had to go back in and fart around to get state to print. All the helpful automation is gone in this produce and it is not worth buying any more in my opinion.

Usually pretty easy to use. I did have some trouble while entering my pension. It went as usual, up to a point. After the questions about public or private section, it went to concentration on 2A line [Annuities] about how the value was arrived at simplified or general and got caught in a loop. Returned to it the next day as I was asking my plan whether it was qualified or non-qualified. I'm guessing I may have click something wrong.

Worse than previous versions. The section for entering 1099's is confusing and annoying. After each entry or edit, it automatically scrolls back to the top and then you have to scroll down to find the particular entry you wanted to work on. I have the Mac version.

I've been a loyal customer for over 20 years. We need to adtldress my account. My account wasn't regularly updated this year for some reason. Maybe it was a matter of my account not being up to date. Whatever the problem may be let's address as soon as possible. Thank you.

I have been doing my taxes every year with turbo tax since 2012. this year it was not available in the store so I went on -line and SIGNED INTO MY ACCOUNT, did my taxes and it cost me $135.68 for Federal and State. I then did my Daughter's on-line and it cost me $155.00. Then I did my Son's. He found an email... I downloaded the software to my laptop and it cost him $70.00 then $20.00 to file state electronically. I am very upset that after filing with Turbo tax since 2012. when I signed in on line it did not offer me the discount.

When you say that you are checking the return and say its ok. Then the return is rejected and we have to find the problem our self. YOU are not checking the return for errors or omissions. I don't like that and willbe looking for something better for filing. I have been using your service for over 12 years and it has been going downhill for past 3 years.

I have used Turbo tax for most of my life. I trust that the information is correct. I know so, because I keep a spreadsheet of all my income and expenses and the projected Tax liability against withholding and estimated tax payments. This checks my work and estimates against the software.

Everything is great except for only one thing. I once had a K-1 over 25 years ago. Turbo Tax still asks me about this K-1. I have tried to delete it and it still keeps asking me about it. I have not found a way to delete this from my return. Turbo Tax would not let me file electronically.because of this.

I've been using TurboTax forever. I really like it. Straight forward. I did not like that it was a bit difficult to find the desktop app. The web-site seemed to want to start the return before I could purchase the desktop app. That was stressful. The other topic was that for a long time I struggled with form 1042-S. I even talked to support at TuboTax on the phone. The friendly man did not know how to enter 1042-S. We tried all kind of stuff. We then gave up. Later I found on the TurboTax web support page that I do not enter form 1042-S. I suggest that in the desktop app I can search for 1042-S and get that information.
