Turbo Tax Deluxe calculated my refund to be $995. I checked "where's my refund" and IRS has calculated $1,217. I have been over my numbers three times and don't see where I have entered anything incorrectly. The difference must be in the Turbo Tax calculation of the taxable portion of my social security versus the IRS formula. Please advise me accordingly. Thank you.

I been using Tubo Tax for over thirteen years. There is always a slight issue with try to get back in the software after you log out. I appreciate the software had recovery mode when this happens. In addition, when you leave the software to buy audit defense, I am always trying to keep my fingers crossed. It always has issues.

Ive used Trbo Tax since 1915. For the most part it has been satisfactory to superior. My family members use it because I did their taxes on it when tey were younger it has improved over the years and has become more flexible THERE IS ONE PROBLEM THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED ON THE FEDERAL FORM. when enteeing the utah state tax withholding id for out of state entities turbo tax insists that the number end with WTH Texas, for instance, has a number assigned by Utah that ends in WMP I have an arguement about this every year. Please fix iT

I like the product, but hate the upselling. Honestly, I don't want to get asked three different ways if I want to buy technical support, or audit defense, now or in the future. While it is convenient to import data from last year's filings, I'm considering another tax software next year.

Tax preparation was not difficult although each year the requests for income are somewhat different. BUT two big complaints: 1) I was repeatedly asked for a block-chain password. I have no idea what this is and wasted an our trying to either bypass the request of find the input requested AND THERE IS NO HELP ON THIS SUBJECT. 2) I purchased the delux package but was asked to pay to file. Why? The state does not charge to file. So rather unhappy this year.

Wow! I have used Turbo Tax for years to complete my and my children's taxes. It is so simple when you follow the steps. They will walk you through every single item line on the returns you need to complete. I love the help tabs. Excellent information. The online help team is amazing and just one click away. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient.

The input method for 1099's has changed from previous years. I prefer the old method. The biggest issue was at the filing step. I filed electronically and all went well. Clicked on Continue button and got a screen that said "Print and Mail These Forms to the Government". SAY WHAT !!! I took a screenshot of this. Ignored it and save the PDF's of return and all the forms as usual. Turbo Tax needs to fix this.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. I have come accustomed to using it along with my Quicken information. With using Turbo Tax, I don't have to worry about completing my taxes in just one sitting. I can save and continue doing my taxes over a period of a couple of days, to make sure I don't forget any information that I may have overlooked.

Ya know I gave you guys a 4 rating when I first completed my return but after trying to fix an IP PIN problem (which you didn't 'walk me through') I've changed my rating. You need to do a major software scrub for next year and bring back the CD version of the software I can use on my desktop.

The Turbo Tax process makes it easy to file our requirements. We have been filing through Turbo Tax for several years, have not had any issues, and actually enjoy preparing our taxes. It appears that there are updates that make it easier each year.
