I really like using Turbo Tax. It makes doing my taxes so easy. If I can make a suggestion though, when you are done with a section, rather than having to scroll down to hit the continue button, why not make that page go to the continue button to save scrolling? Other than that, everything else is just fine.

After decades of preparing our taxes using the Federal guidelines and then struggling with the myriad of forms with no real guidance or system in place my wife and I first used Turbo Tax in 2013. It is an excellent product that from the first made our tax preparation so much easier. I highly value standardization and evolution, not revolution, in improving products and Turbo Tax does that SO WELL. The language, descriptive phrases, easily accessed pop-up boxes with excerpt descriptions and information that provide just the right amount of information without too little information or too much blah-blah-blah. I want a description not a treatise. You do not over-complicate and I greatly appreciate that. You do not change unnecessarily and that is a very wise approach to creating and maintaining a working product that allows users to fill in the blanks that keeps them organized and on-track without leaving anything out nor adding information that isn't needed. I simply can't say enough good about your Turbo Tax product. Please don't screw this up in the future when someone gets a brainstorm to do a "top-to-bottom" overhaul. Remember, please, EVOLUTION NOT REVOLUTION! This is key to your continued success. Familiarity is a wonderful aspect of using a product year in and year out!

Software easy to work with, and complete return. Still several bugs in the Arizona Tax Credit software where they show the charity number under name, but that should be minor. Biggest problem was after returns completed and checked and filed, I could not print out either the federal or state returns. I was able to print out other related items, but not the return.

Was on the phone for 3 hours to be able to download your product and then again for another hour because of issue with electronic filing. I am not a software expert but it appears that your software is still using same components from several years ago. Appearance and process appears to be unchanged.

Turbo Tax Deluxe would not recognize my CSA Federal Retirement CSRS R1099 kept mislabeling it, which cause my OPM pension (in lieu of social security) to show up as taxable income on my State Return., I had redo my Federal Return 3 times before I caught it in the small 5 pitch (had to use a magnifying glass) 1040 form window scree that ask me to confirm my state ID number while barely showing the tippy top of blue box on screen (which asked to firm my R1099 was not a CSA. I un-click this ERROR (as I had originally input it as a qualified CAS type pension) everything straighten itself out. Then when I did not go for over price UP-SALE state e-file so it Turbo would NOT let me select how I wanted my return it defaulted to a DEBIT card rather than to my bank account. I've tried twice to change this inside of TurboTax but there is NOT a screen for State to change this. I'll just print it out and do manual Pen and Ink change, I guess. DARN that won't work as my state only scans the QR code at the top of the return and does not look for Pen and Ink changes....................... GERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

During the step by step process of entering interest and dividend, I was not able to add supplement by double click or by right click. I had to to move away from the step by step process, and choose "FORM" option in order to add supplement. I had been using TurboTax for more than 30 years, and this is the first time I encounter this problem. It seems TurboTax is move backward. Very disappointing.

It is easy to use. I took one star off because some are new such as MPQEN type of member with no explanation. Every year, there's always new item that we never saw. Turbo Tax is easy to follow step by step. That's what I love. Feedback: I would like to go to next page and it goes right to the bottom of next page instead of scrolling long way down every time.

The software works fine, but it cost too much. I managed to get a discounted price. If I was not able to do that, I would have switched to a different software or did them online through the IRS website. If your price continues to increase, I will switch. I have already opted out of purchasing Quicken because it is way over priced. If you bring that subscription price down to around $30, I might consider resubscribing.

I've used Turbo Tax to file my tax returns for 30 years. The program asks understandable questions to determine which forms I need to file, and uploads information directly from source documents as much as possible. Don't see how any other tool could work better.

Turbotax makes preparing and sending state and federal tax returns quick and easy. Step by step instructions and checks your returns for errors. if you did your taxes previously with turbotax, many fields are downloaded from poor returns. Highly recommended
