I have been using Turbo Tax for more than fifteen years. I always used the CD version but this year I am forced to use the Desktop version. I got so many probems with it. The first is I cannot install the Desktop version because my desktop security program (McAfee) prevent me to do so. That gave me a ton of headache. Second, my tubotax did a loop to continue asking me for $45 on Audit Defense which I refused. However, your agent Camilia, Jaremy and Latifa did provide excellent help to my problems. I would give them 5 stars if not 4 stars.

I've been a customer of TurboTax for over 20 years now and while the software has changed to reflect the times, the service and the ease in which it works for me has not. Another tax season is in the books and I am very happy with the results thanks to TurboTax. I got what I wanted and it took me no time at all to complete the yearly process. THANKS TURBOTAX FOR ANOTHER GREAT YEAR!!!!

I think the Federal Tax Return is a competent product but I have become increasingly unhappy w/ the quality of the (GA) state tax program after only 2 tries. It is unnecessarily obtuse and difficult to understand and I do not trust the end product. If I survive this tax season unscathed I am going to change to another program

This program does not appear to accurately handle a special 1099-R situation. When I enter the information on my 1099-R, it locks up and will not allow me to proceed. A workaround (recommended by the online forum) was required to enable me to proceed, and that workaround is sketchy IMHO. It does not inspire confidence. I consider this a serious flaw in the program. Otherwise, the program is user-friendly and comprehensive.

I have been using Turbo tax about 20 years. This is the first year that I had any trouble. After I filed my return it was rejected by the IRS. The entire issue revolves around LTC payments and reimbursements. I think the questions in this section could be worded better. I finally spoke to a person today who spent 1 hour and 40 minutes on the phone to resolve the issue. I am still awaiting approval from IRS to see if my return is accepted.

I have been in the customer service area for 50+ years and would hire a person of her quality in an instant. i can only add, God Bless! Give her a raise!

Turbo Tax is a great product. It does my taxes easily and without an uncomfortable outcome, for me there is too much nagging to buy this or that when one is trying to make sure every entry is correct while making entries on the forms. And when one buys the Live Advice, you only get one attempt at using it. No options to recover previous service purchases thus one has to make multiple purchases.

I have used Turbo Tax for probably 10 years now. I believe the software is excellent; however, I would recommend that if you require added information (such as the government stipulated RMD amount which was new this year), you highlight the change. I had to make several calls to get that number.

Generally good and handles most retiree situations. Using MT state Turbo Tax and estimating taxes for 2025, I found errors in the calculations in the 2024 column of the MT Estimated Tax Worksheet. The $5500 reduction in taxable income for being over 65 is not included, so the 2024 column does not match the actual 2024 Taxes.

As usual, the process of filing my taxes through TurboTax Deluxe - Desktop was seamless and simple. The software walked me through the process, and I had no problems completing and e-filing my return. Nobody likes paying taxes, but since we have to, thank heavens for TurboTax!!
