Int is always a chore and we appreciate TurboTax. HOWEVER, in past years we could also bring out supporting data and schedules that are not required to file, but serve as backup in case of an audit or a need to amend a past return. This 2024 tax year I have seen zero ways to pri9nt out the data that we provided to come up with the detailed numbers in the filed Federal and California returns. This is a serious, to us, quality problem with the 2024 tax year.

Even though we are retired with only Social Security income is nice to have the Turbo Tax software to walk us thoroughly through the process, one never knows what in our wonderful tax world will change. All potential income and expense subjects are completely covered and, if that does not satisfactorily answer one's concerns just ASK AN EXPEERT.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years now. It make filing easy. Why pay someone to do your taxes. Answer the questions honestly and get your refund. Just don't print everything. Totally unnecessary. I like how they walk through the e-filing process.

I would normally score higher, but I think a safeguard needs in place. I mistakenly wrote a child's birth year as 1919, rather than 2019. Like 60 years older than dad resulting in an incorrect return that needed to be amended. The program should have caught something like that.

Turbo Tax basically walks you through the entire process and ensures all required information is provided. Turbo Tax also reviews your return for any areas which may need a second look to ensure everything is correct. Turbo Tax makes it simple to complete your taxes. Why pay someone a high fee to do something you could do yourself.

i have used Turbo Tax for many years without any problems, but this year your efile has a problem. i meesaged you about it a month ago when i filed my daughters taxes. so today when i finished filing mine it still was not fixed and had to file by mail.

I really like Turbo Tax. It's pretty easy to use. If I have questions about how to complete the forms, the support is great. Also, if don't have complicated tax issues, it saves a lot of money versus hiring a tax preparer. They do offer tax advice for a small fee if you need it.

I'm not happy with the spam emailing acting like something went wrong and I need to login to fix then when I pull it up when I get home its fine?? The process is a little clumsy and it's hard to navigate. I had to use the form search function multiple times. Also, it shows 0 help with my older kids who still live with me that I saw no benefit at the end at all. I might just pay next year with a tax agent to make sure things are ok.

Was very happy with Turbotax until this year. Problems with RMD reporting and home sale reporting were reported with a request to advise u when the problems were resolved. Never got such E mail and had to return to Turbotax frequently to find out when problems were resolved

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and I usually have no difficulties. This year it TTAX seemed a bit more difficult to navigate - especially when trying to get started with my returns. I do 3 sets of returns - mine, my daughters and my sisters - the difficulty I has was getting my sister's return launched. This is why I gave a 3-star rating. Otherwise TTAX performed well.
