Experience was poor to mid-line. My original TurboTax basic would not import financial institution data, therefore I had to upgrade to "Deluxe", which I believe was the plan from Intuit all along. Even when deluxe version did the first import, it only imported blank forms without data. It took a second import to receive data. Online expert Tatiana, was 10 out of 10. She was the best.

I do NOT like the changes to Sch B! It's harder to deal with than previous versions. Could not tell which investments were which, several got duplicated and had to be deleted. Much easier to use before. Used Turbo tax for many years and like it. This change was not better! Also the check box change is very annoying. Everything remains checked instead of going off when you say N/A or no!

I've used this for years and always had good results, as far as I can tell. I've never been audited, and rarely corrected by IRS. Of course you don't know what you don't know, but my taxes are relatively straightforward. That being said, I never seem to have an issue Turbotax "does not know about," and I never run into software glitches.

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and was very disappointed that I was unable to use it on my personal computer because of the upgrade. Buying another computer was not an option and not necessary as my current computer is in perfect condition. It is sad that Intuit can't make a program that will work on computers with IOS of less than the new program. I had to borrow a computer to complete my taxes and am very unhappy with that issue. Not sure that I will use Turbo Tax in the future!

Several errors in the Oregon state return including an incorrect address to remit return, absence of information about sending federal return along with state return, difficulty in locating information about Oregon Cultural trust credit. Other areas appeared easier than previous versions

The marketing for this app is terrible. I ended up paying more for all the filings, despite purchasing this on the black friday deal, than I would have through the cloud. To make matters worse, I had everything prepared on January, but like to hold off until tax day to submit in case I'm forgetting something. Loading it up on tax day gave me an update that wiped almost all the work I did. Both of these things are extremely unacceptable for a large company like this, and cost me a lot of time and money. I will not be going with turbo tax / intuit in the future because of this.

User interface is simple and easy to use. "What's this" links provide answers to my questions and additional useful information. The free e-file option expedites the filing process. Pre-calculated amounts for quarterly estimated tax payments and 1040-ES payment vouchers simplify filing quarterly estimated taxes, avoid underpayment penalties the following year, and help me incorporate these payments into my budget.

I have been using Turbo Tax Deluxe with State for many years and find that it meets my needs. The step by step guide is excellent and my returns have always been e-filed without any issues. 4 stars this year because Turbo Tax would only provide a digital copy. This is the first year that I will not have a CD for my records! It just makes me feel more secure in the event of an issue with my computer.

I have been a loyal customer for several years now and this year sucked. Having to fight all the add advertisements on the way out is sickening. I got so frustrated that I abandon everything and decided to go back to filing by mail. It was costing me $70 to e-file. Heck with that. I'm not in a hurry. Next year I will reconsider using this program at all. It was confusing right from the day I purchased it. Initially, it asked me if I wanted to add California for $79. It was for adding another state. Very confusing

I wish you would include a state tax email with your IRS transfer. I decided to transmit my state tax for $20.00 then I noticed it went from $20.00 to $40.00 for no apparent reason. So I backed out and printed it to mail. I found this under handed and very upsetting. Scam Alert
