1) The summary of previous year's (2023) data does NOT match 2023's summary data as shown on the TurboTax 2023 software. 2) It's a real hassle to print the State forms for filing after you've selected Federal e-file; TTax keeps trying to print Fed forms for filing via mail, and also complains Fed has already been e-filed. 3) Printing state forms for filing always prints the summary page, which shouldn't be mailed to the state. But since I print double-sided, it's impossible to separate the summary from the tax forms. 4) Software updates state "restarting TTax", but then the program closes and must be manually restarted. #3 and #4 behavior has existed for years, despite my reporting it repeatedly. Apparently nobody at Intuit pays any attention to customer feedback.

Completely unable to print the final return - not even able to create a pdf file to try to print outside of turbotax. Saw others had the same problem and that intuit never acknowledged the issue no less fixed it. After using turbotax for many years I will find a different solution next year.

i had a terrible time getting online version to download and install. i spent 30 minutes on call to specialist.I also had a problem with entering my billing info and had to call specialist again to pay by phone and didnt get my $5 discount for E-filing my state.

Wasn't able to file online without help from you tech support. Second year this has happened. Very frustrating to say the least especially after buying a new MacBook Pro because your no longer supported my older computer. You have lost me as a customer/user/advocate

I'm a non-practicing CPA and have used TurboTax for nearly 30 years. It is exceptional, accurate, and easy to use. Though it is the established choice of tax professionals, it is simple to use for any taxpayer from those with a very simple tax situation to those with very complex returns.

I have used TT for many years with and without a business. I have found the questions pertaining to my documents to be very clear and precise. I don't enjoy having to do my taxes, but TT has made it an educational and learning experience each year. I also use It's Deductible to help with our donations. Thank you, Intuit.

This is a great program, but I don't appreciate that Turbo Tax tried to snooker me into a $40 charge for processing my refund. For what?? I read the fine print and opted out of that charge. This makes me think I can't trust TurboTax because it tried to take advantage of me. :-(

I have used TurboTax since tax year 1995. That's 30 years. Over the years I have appreciated many of the changes. I do not like the GUI for the interest and dividends. It is infantile. I don't need a picture of a bank or a stock certificate. Go back to the 1099-DIV and 1099-INT listing. It is much easier. Imports add a whole new form, leaving the "form" from the prior year. Why can't import match up with prior years place holders? The most troublesome thing for me this year is the inability to update TurboTax. It worked for a wild, but now It gets about 50% of the way and gets stuck. I have to shut everything down, restart my computer, then download the "super patch" file and run it, to move forward in TurboTax Deluxe.

You have lost things that made the program easy and understandable. The explanations for tax areas have gotten less clear. The Error Check needs to show the part of the Form being corrected to understand context and what is being asked for. These items should also be included when information is inputted in the first place.

This year filing with turbotax was very frustrating. 1) I wanted to adjust numbers with my deductions and could not turn off the auto save function. So it felt like fighting the program. I ended up making a duplicate to be able to do this. 2) The program did not allow me to file my state taxes (Colorado) via the mail. Instead, was only given the option to e-file which cost extra money to file. Ultimately, I did not want to file state taxes via e-filing.
