I have used turbotax for about a million years, but this year it seemed to be quite buggy. I had the most trouble trying to file a paper copy of my state and it just wouldn't do it. My only recourse was to do an e-file. I know that in years past, there was an option to print a copy for mailing. This is ridiculous.

Having the same rental property for years and preparing tax returns with turbo tax in the past, schedule E had an erroneous value entered this year. No idea where it got the number and took substantial time to research and correct. A call to Turbo Tax proved useless.

The quality of the product has diminished. More difficult and cumbersome. I had errors and reviews that weren't real and even going through all the steps, I would continue to get messages that areas "need review" and these messages wouldn't disappear until I did the federal review. The most disappointing area is if you transmitted your taxes and the IRS rejected them, you would have to use a secondary e-file or mail them in. This is ridiculous! I paid for the software so I could efile and wound up having to mail it in. Soooo disappointed! :(

I've been using Turbo Tax for 30 years or so now and I love it. Verry easy to understand and complete in verry little time. The only complaint i have is I would have preferred to purchase a CD as internet is not verry good where I live so verry hard to download.

Your TurboTax program is messed up, and wouldn't let me file my return, just running me in a loop over and over again in the RMD section. I tried over a dozen times to file my completed return, finally calling one of your tax experts for help. Shannon was a very knowledgeable and helpful young lady, but even she couldn't figure out what was wrong. She asked her supervisor for help, and they couldn't figure out what was wrong either. Finally, we started checking or unchecking boxes, and even though the amended information was changed, it finally send the forms through. If I get audited, or have any more issues with your TurboTax product, it will be the last time that I ever purchase your product, after almost thirty years of using TurboTax!!!! YOU NEED TO GET YOUR PRODUCT FIXED, TO WORK PROPERLY!!!!

Entering the tax data was fine, but for 2 days the payment system would not allow the "pay by credit card" feature to work. Of course the system to process the payment by allowing the state e-file to deduct the payment from the federal tax refund for and additional $40.00 worked perfectly. Instead of the usual $20 fee I would have been able to pay using my credit card, I ended up paying $60.00. I have used TurboTax for years more than 10 years without any problem, but this is likely my last year using it.

As always, a pleasure using this program. I did have one glitch. I erroneiously entered a wrong figure at the end of the federal document, under credit items and it took two hours to find out it would eliminate itself when the item was placed in the correct spot on the return.

As usual Turbo Tax makes it easier to prepare and file my taxes. This year I downgraded my rating due to the confusion regarding reporting on the TT software of aggregated RMD withdrawals. Hopefully for the 2025 Tax Software this issue will be resolved/simplified.

I have used TurboTax for at least a decade now. Having said that, I once again bought your product but could not use it on my Apple computer as it was an older model that did not support the 13...whatever version of a download. Needless to say, I was NOT happy at all! I do not appreciate that people have to upgrade an expensive devise to use your product. Again, extremely unhappy!

Great product. I've been using this for many years. On occasion, I find a glitch in the software where the page may not recalculate after I've changed data. But since I spent my career as a software tester, I'm aware of these things and always backup or change other data in order to get the refreshed/recalculated data.
