Since the popup box states TurboTax will be abandoning Windows 10 next year, I will be abandoning TurboTax. I do NOT want Windows 11, so I guess I do not want Turbotax 2025 either. Long time customer, but saying goodbye. Turbotax doesn't care about its customers' hardware or software concerns. Pathetic.

I've been using TurboTax for many years with great success. Very easy to use and your tech support is awesome. I would give a 5-star rating, but, for the first time ever, your 2024 product has frozen on me several times. I have to close down the program and restart it.

Works well overall. My biggest complaint is that they try to force you to pay and efile state return. Program used to have the option to print return and mail it in with specific instructions. Unless you choose the efile option, the program did not put the direct deposit information on the Michigan tax form. Even with a reduced efile fee of $20, not really worth it when I'm only getting $45 back.

Last year was my first year using it and I was very nervous that I would be successful. It was easy to use, step by step and intuitive!! This year is even easier as it loads in the information from last year, allowing you to save time and not re-enter everything, along with verifying what is similar to last year and what is different, in order to check it!

easy to use tax software which I have been using for 12 years now. I like that they will let you skip parts that are not applicable to your situation even though I like to let them ask the questions as this way I can catch changes that occurred over time. Also like the way it fills in information from last years forms and does a running comparison to the previous filing as fill in the new info.

Overall it's good. I have it walk me through all the questions just to be thorough. I missed where I could enter my Marketplace healthcare premium form so not sure if I just overlooked it, or if it wasn't clearly prompted for. It seems to not like if I have an HSA left over from previous years (that I only withdraw from and not contribute to) without actually having a HDHP last year. So when checking it flags errors I don't know how to fix so I just enter zeros. At the end, I'm not able to print my forms. I get the status bar saying it's printing but it never actually prints so where does it go? I was expecting to get the print menu to select which printer and options but get nothing.

I have always filed my taxes with Turbo Tax Deluxe. This help me make sure I have covered every area that I need to cover and enter all my information that is needed for my return. I was especially excited that I used the live help while I was doing this year's because my filing was different this year. The young lady that helped me was exceptional and explained everything and answered my questions and checked to see that I was entering it right.

We have used Turbo Tax for many years with very few problems. This year, I have to jump through hoops in order to print returns. I have to save to PDF first, then print, then sort through everything to see what I need to mail and what to keep. No easy, print to file, and print for records. I looked online and many people with macbooks are having this issue (from 6 weeks ago and still not fixed). I will never be buying Turbo Tax again.

Asking us to repeat what is on the screen for multiple items - not very smart. IF it is on the screen, why ask folks to re-type it. Somewhat puerile and asinine... Marketing options - unable for us to opt out of them....!!!! That is an IMBECILIC and SHOOT YOURSELF IN THE FOOT episode... Many of us just mark the email as spam, retaining ONLY specific emails. As a cybersecurity expert and double grad degree technologist, that forced marketing option is a no-go. And that is what causes many of us to switch vendors. Which is what we will be doing the following year to see how the 'other' is doing....

Tried to e-File, but got popup about Failed Validation, telling me to check for software updates, which I did. The software is current. From your Help function, tried restarting my Windows PC, and got the same message. So, I am forced to file paper; very disappointing.
