As usual, TurboTax is excellent! I've used it for decades and it makes doing my own taxes so easy and reliable. My only complaint this year was with changes you made in it from last year, which was not as user intuitive, and it took several attempts to figure it out. It was, however, insignificant, and I can't even remember now what that section was!

I love Turbo Tax. After I completed our taxes I could not transmit. It took me only a minute to find a phone number and only a minute before an actual person answered. She explained it was because MN was not accepting income taxes at the time and to wait a couple days. So, today, 2 days later I tried again and was successful at transmitting them. Thank you!

Love the fact Turbo Tax put me at ease when I file myself. No need for a fussy CPA Tax Preparer and over the top dollar figure for what I have is small and I always got hit with the long form which was cheating me because I don't have much to file except my job, car registration, and a student loan information go figure! Thank you Turbo Tax you're better than that Green Guy H.R who tries stealing us away in commercials LoL!

For tax exempt pensions, it would simplify the process by creating a box to ask if the pension annuity is tax exempt instead of leaving it blank. On my particular W2 it says EXEMPT in box 16, so if there was a drop menu, you could just choose it so it would mirror the w2 and alleviate some confusion when you are reviewing and see a number there.

Every year when I file with turbo tax the State electronic fee and electronic deposit total cost isn't known until the very end. It should be up front when the decision how to file is made. $65 fee to electronically file and auto deposit is not known until right before transmitting. n

It was klutzy!! I am a former tax preparer for a major tax preparation firm. I have used Turbo Tax in the last 5 years. This is the worst of the bunch! When I prepare my taxes I want to enter information directly on the forms. I like to navigate directly from the 1040 and AZ140 to the received statement input page. This version restricts the ability to skip from form to form. What I want from you are these: Do the math, generate printable forms, error check and e-file. I surely will file my taxes differently next year.

I have used TT for at least 30 years. Both this year and last, I noticed an increase in what I will call "bugs." Programming or networking hiccups, that I suppose should be expected, but it sure creates a number of issues, especially when advance, preventive information from Intuit could have avoided the issues. For example, a brief note to early filers that TT would NOT accept forms in queue this year, would have helped me. I got worried when I completed my return, tried to file, and couldn't. AND there was no message to say, "TT is not accepting files in queue until (FILL in THE DATE.)"

Why do you keep including the stupid estimated taxes vouchers. You have my tax information including that you used to pre-populate this year's return. I have never needed these vouchers in the 22 years I have used your product. Not only do you keep creating them you give instructions including amounts I should send. This is stupid. You also provide a ton of Worksheets with nothing on them. These empty sheets are not sent anywhere again why create them. As well, you do not make it easy to declare any kind of mortgage other than seller financing. I do not hold that type of mortgage and I also am not in that business. I just happen to hold the mortgage on a family members home. I know the IRS wants to match the two return's information. I had to get advice from elsewhere on how i needed to do this.

The product is easy to use and efficient. I have been using Turbo Tax for a long time. However this year I changed to a different version and NONE of my data/info transferred over. Almost like starting from scratch with re-entering everything Very poor.

Easy as always and gives me the biggest return. Definitely recommend. It was easy to install and download. It immediately found my returns from last year to transfer over. Have always enjoyed how quick and easy everything is. It walks you right thru it.
