Screens won't let me click through. This happened on several events. While the system allowed me to file my taxes, I couldn't print or save them because "some of the forms haven't been finalized yet." How can you file if the forms are not complete?

I love TurboTax and have used it for many years. This year, I opted to buy the "download only" since it was less expensive than the 100% online version. I found it to be glitchy and hesitant in some areas and my computer froze more than once. Not sure I could recommend this product in good conscience. (The computer I downloaded the software program to is barely used and has minimal programs on it, so it's not a computer issue).

It still gets a bit confusing regarding "Traditional IRA" vs having a 401k. When you look it up, a 401k is not considered a Traditional IRA. Also, the wording on HSA of who is contributing makes it sound like only the employer contributed, and not the employee. Still love the product and have been using it continuously since at least 2002

We have been using TurboTax for decades and have always loved it and recommended it until now. We don't mind that you don't have discs anymore. However, the whole process seems to have changed, and it is way more difficult. Please return the process to the way it was in previous years.

I love using TurboTax. I have been using it for a lot of years. Every year I bought a disk which loading into my computer was very easy. This year, no disk. Download from cyber space. Had to user two computers to make sure I did not lose the codes that I needed to download it. I want my disks back.

This is my second year using it. The first year was fine; although it did take about an hour and a half to go through everything. This year, I uploaded my w-2 and somehow it noted the same amount in box 19 as in 17. This caused my return to be rejected and I had to spend more time figuring out the error. It wasn't intuitive to go back and correct the error because although it said it's an issue with the number on the schedule a, it's not easy to determine where that information is pulling from in the step by step or the form view. I did finally get it completed though and did not opt to receive any support because it's additional $60 which is more than I paid for the program.

Have been using TurboTax to do my Federal and State taxes for many years. Highly recommend TurboTax. Given two opinions: step-by-step instructions or using forms. I switch between options, depending on what I'm working on. My work is checked every step of the way. TurboTax checks to be sure "every i is dotted, every t is crossed." If you do your own taxes, use TurboTax. Even if you don't, try TurboTax one year. You're probably paying a preparer to do what you could do using TurboTax.

Did not provide opportunity to update or add additional property taxes for other than home property taxes. Had to go into forms to enter!! Need to fix important issues like this. Also had problems with some income information for past year not showing up this year. Had a credit union whose 1099 was filed last year that their info had to be reentered this year because it did not migrate over to this year of last year. Another one that I had did.

I have filed with Turbo tax for years, last year I did the digital download and couldn't access my prior documents that were saved by turbo tax due to 'corrupted file'. This year not only could I not import the prior return saved by Turbo tax, anytime I saved a new return and tried to open it, it said corrupted file. The only way I was able to finish was to manually key the info using the Turbo Tax website. I had to sign into it and start it from the website. These issues started when the Disc option is no longer available, I'd prefer still having the Disc option as it's clear downloading has issues. It's not my laptop, it's not my antivirus or malware, checked all of that.

I do not like that I cannot buy a Turbo Tax disc, and I have to download online. I do not like that the DELUXE version does not track Roth IRA basis and contributions. My tax returns are simple and basic, and I do should not need to pay for a more expensive version of Turbo Tax to track something so basic
