I actually look forward to doing my taxes with Turbo Tax. But I have one minor request - I don't care for the change made this year for entering interest by signing on to the financial entity to download the total interest amount. Manually entering the data is a little klutzy requiring multiple screens, so I prefer the 'old' way to enter the interest details. For me, the new function would only work for three of the six banks I receive interest from because they don't have downloadable capability.

I've used this for years, this year I purchased it on line and downloaded it. Never again! it has been a total nightmare, locks up and freezes , very hard to maneuver. When I print copies some of the data is missing, some of it looks like gibberish. I'll probably buy it again next year but it will be in disc form. I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and still have issues

Was a little disappointed with TurboTax this year because you pay for a code and do not get the CD, yet the price was unchanged for just buying a code. I've always kept the CDs in the event I have to go back to a tax return. Missing documents at the time of purchase and the date the document would be available getting pushed out longer on a weekly basis. I will be researching other tax programs for in the future. Have always liked TT.

It still gets a bit confusing regarding "Traditional IRA" vs having a 401k. When you look it up, a 401k is not considered a Traditional IRA. Also, the wording on HSA of who is contributing makes it sound like only the employer contributed, and not the employee. Still love the product and have been using it continuously since at least 2002

Because my taxes are relatively straight forward, and we can take the standard deductions at this point, I found doing my taxes again this year is so much better. As in the past, TurboTax has served us for many years faithfully, securely, and efficiently. We tried another tax program years ago just once, and came back to TurboTax. This software is our goto software for taxes. Thank.

My experience with Turbo Tax Deluxe has always been the best. It's simple to use and for years appears to have provided me with an accurate return. Kudos to the men and women who takes the time to understand tax laws and incorporate that into an easy-to-use program for the end-user.

Product is great. I've been using it for years. My complaint is I was under the impression e-filing my federal return was free and the version I bought included one free state return. I was surprised and disappointed to be charged for both e-filing my federal return and for the state return. I will look into H&R Block next year.

Heather was absolutely FANTASTIC assisting me with filing a previous year's return. She did her research to ensure that we were entering the right information and was flawless with troubleshooting. She made an experience that is not typically pleasant...pleasant!

once I got done with my Tax Returns, I couldn't get the printer to print correctly and tied to move the margins and that just didn't work and then some of the pages have program configuration issues and ended up printing over 28 pages for both State and Federal. I ended up getting less this year compared to the last 8 years where I got much more back. The next time I get this program, I'm going to get the CD to install it than having done over the internet.

For the last 2 years and this year, the section that exempts Alabama Retirement System from Alabama State Tax has not worked correctly. Each time I have had to go to the form and make manual changes. Prior these years, it worked properly and made the exemption.
