Cant open returns. Filed IRS did like something now trying to resolve. It wants log-ins, passwords, emails txt message id account crap. Then the product key is no longer valid(?) it wants me to buy it again. I have the last 5 years installed no longer working.

You make it hard to do things by making changes that are not needed. An example would be that I signed on to do some trial runs in TT2024 for 2025...to estimate my taxes.... You took me down a new route that has me doing this and then stopping my getting in to TT2024 and the return that I thought I could use for a "what if".

I love Turbo Tax. After I completed our taxes I could not transmit. It took me only a minute to find a phone number and only a minute before an actual person answered. She explained it was because MN was not accepting income taxes at the time and to wait a couple days. So, today, 2 days later I tried again and was successful at transmitting them. Thank you!

I have been using Turbo Tax Windows PC version for over 20 years. I have always been extremely satisfied with it until this year. Between it locking up and taking forever, the waiting circle displaying, I am extremely disappointed with this years version.

I have been a customer of Turbotax for over 10 years and probably closer to 20 years. Because of me 2 of my sons now use turbotax to prepare their taxes. I purchased Turbotax with the enclosed, included, paid for State Filing attachment. When I filed my taxes, I was disturbed to discover that I was being charged $25.00 for the Pennsylvania State filing - even though I did not owe any state tax and there was no reason for them to deduct from my Federal return for reimbursement. This was very upsetting because, at the end of the whole process of filing this is SPRUNG ON me and I can not waste time at this point due to some personal situations. So very upsetting and I would like an explanation AND DO NOT tell me that this is a Pennsylvania requirement because after being prepared with having my paperwork and documents gathered and waiting, this springs up at the end of a frustrating day.

My New York tax forms are available as reported by state; however, Turbotax is telling me that they are not and will not support me printing a hard copy of my New York state tax return. Your application tells me i can sign up for a notice when these are available but when i attempt to do that my request is rejected. I do not want the state holding on to me refund any longer then I have to so went ahead and electronically submitted both my fed and state taxes. I will come back in Feb and try to print out my state taxes and if again TurboTax will not support that you will have lost me as a future user for good.

Early release has been full of bugs . MS Windows 10 Desktop - After initially installing and working, it just stopped opening. I tried all Intuit suggestions, finally had to reimage my workstation with new windows 10 - Tried to enter property tax deduction, it just goes back to start screen. Lots of chatter on internet about this - Tried to enter charitable deductions, it just hangs

For 2024, I did a download (verses purchasing locally). I found the download more difficult - but I want to try again in 2025 just it was the "operator's" problem and not the software! We'll see in 2025... Otherwise, I love TurboTax and will continue to use.

It is so easy to file! I arrived home from work at 5:00pm and I started to file our 2024 taxes and I was completely done and e-filed by 6:22pm! I have been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and each year it gets easier and easier! It brings up all of our information from 2023 and it automatically brings up my W-2 Employer's information and shows me how much we claimed in 2023. I love it!! Thank you!

I filed my taxes on 1-21-2025 and chose to have all fees deducted from my federal tax return. During the process of confirming that I want the fees taken from my federal tax return the Turbo Tax program would close. I then reopened the program again and tried again to have the fees (State and Processing) deducted from my federal tax return. The Turbo Tax program had another glitch and shut down again. I then logged back in and used my credit card to charge the fees and then it allowed for my taxes to start processing. Also, when printing my tax documents, it did not include my Illinois state tax forms and gave me the option to be notified when the document would be available to be saved and or printed. I realize that I filed earlier than I have done in the past but when you release a program it should be ready for use when the tax filer has all of their documentation ready to complete filing their taxes. I have wasted too much of my valuable time using your poorly rolled out product for the 2024 tax season and I am not sure if I will be charged twice for the $15 Illinois tax processing fee that I charged on my credit card to allow the program to proceed with my tax filing. I now have to monitor my federal return to see if the fee is deducted and then have to contact Turbo Tax to credit my charge card, so I do not pay twice for the same service. I have been using Turbo Tax for many years with no issue and now my opinion of your software is questionable at best. I should charge your company a processing fee for all my inconveniences using your product…
