Frankly, this is probably the last time I'll use TurboTax (after having used it for over 25 years). The quality of the software continues to degrade. This year there were so many errors in the software around which I had to navigate that it seemed it would've just been easier to fill out the forms my hand. I will definitely be choosing from among other software options in the future. Between this and the elimination of Mint.com, Intuit was a brand that I had complete confidence in 10 years ago and now that confidence is completely eroded. I will no longer consider Intuit options for further types of financial software in the future

The software worked well. Although when I was doing the state return (VT) I was doing the Property Tax Credit section and it never brought up the screen to enter information from my tax bill. Only when I clicked check for errors did it tell me I missed a whole section and could then enter the information.

TTD forced me to pay for a second state return even though one state return comes with purchase. Washington sta does not have state income tax for every individual, but your system would not let me bypass the fee. I did not have any forms for WA to file and could not avoid the fee.

Have been using Turbo Tax for years but I am a bit disappointed this year , I purchased the deluxe version that was supposed to include 5 free Federal and one state I got nothing , it charged me 65.25 to file both Federal and State and the same for my Daughters return . never had problems when Turbo Tax was available on a CD format wish it will make a comeback on 2026

This year is very trying, in all the years lI have used TurboTax no problems. Now for some reason eitjher TurboTax or IRS will not accept my return. The issue is the payers EIN. The numbers are tthe same as usual but the return has been repeatedly rejected, even tho I deledted and manually entered the information.

After all these years, their programmers still haven't figured out how to allow the cursor to scroll. As well, when a correction needs to be made per IRS, when you enter the corrected information, TurboTax doesn't resubmit the electronic filing and just keeps rotating screens instead. Sucks!

I was unable to import TIAA financial information 1099B, etc and Charles Schwab same. You need to make this easier i bit disappointed i had to hand type all my stock trades along with buy dates. Also, connection seemed to hang when trying 2FA to verify me. I was fully logged in and still unable to import. I'm a bit unhappy having to be charged for efile for my state taxes trying to efile now and your server unable to accept. YOu need to integrate AI better into your chats. asked a reasonable question but your system didn't respond with even close to answer.

Turbotax entered a line for a canadian retirement account that I did not enter and could not delete. I spent hours trying to fix this and finally gave up. As a result, I do not trust the accuracy of the forms you use and may not use turbotax in the future as a result of this problem

I use TurboTax every year. I only have SSA income, IRA redemptions, and some simple dividends and capital gains. In addition, I file my taxes using the standard deduction. Finally, I have filed my own taxes for many years. I am very comfortable filing on my own without assistance. For tax year 2025, I used the Windows 11 desktop version of TurboTax Deluxe.

Everything was good except it wasn't clear that the IRA portion of the other income was for other IRA's. I entered info for our retirement plan (work and private from previous rollovers) resulting in inaccuracies (on the Federal portion) and a penalty on the State portion that I couldn't understand, I did use the online Intuit Tax Expert who spent 2 hours reviewing everything with me and was able to suggest how to fix this error resulting in completion of my taxes and I was able to file at that time.
