Horrible and getting worse and worse every year. Starting with a Windows compatibility issue (not working on anything below Windows 10) to some forms (transfer from 529 plan to Roth IRA) that were not updated thus generating errors when trying to file the return. I also had issues with updates to be handled manually. Seriously, Turbo Tax team - you need to work all the kinks even before the busy season start to say nothing by mid April right before the deadline!

The features are good, but have been better in previous years. The guidance works well except for during the review process as it forces entry into the document instead of the Q/A lists. The interface works well and always has! That's I always choose the product. Compatibility covers most major operating systems. However, it would be nice to see a Linux version in the future. I've never had a problem with the accuracy of the product. Lastly, it would be nice to not have to purchase state efile.

Since the software will not accept a Payer's Federal ID No. of 00-0000000 the product is useless to me. Due to that issue, I will incur an out of state travel to get forms signed and mailed to meet submittal date. This will be the last year I use turbo tax!

There seemed to be some improvements this year on the program, making it easier to navigate. Easy to download and begine the program. Program did have some difficulty finding the previous year's return on my computer to download information from 2024 return. I had to manually load the information for the 2024 return to pull in the information. After that everything was very easy o enter in information.

I think TurboTax is an easy way to fill up your income tax. The only issue I found is that it misguided me to do both federal and state return online for $0; when I was almost done, it required me to pay about $64 to file both; I had already paid $50 something for the program.

Much better than last year. I don't know if that was because I became a Turbo Tax Advantage customer, but last year I was confused with the online format to the point I was going to change to another product. Remember, old people like me don't like changes to their routine and "if it works, don't fix it!"

TurboTax always guides me through the process and checks for mistakes during review. It facilitates a process that is complicated and burdensome at best. We shouldn't have such a convoluted system of taxation, but this is a handy tool for making it to the finish line with the least amount of stress.

There were two times in the process when, after clicking "Continue", the Turbo Tax application kept going back to a form I had already finished. I just manually went to the next section. One was the state income tax; my state has no income tax. The other was the foreign tax paid section.

I have relied on Turbo Tax for years, and find it very easy to use, exceptionally intuitive, guiding me through the entire process. Then, at the end, auto e-filing my taxes is the wonderful icing on the cake, as i only need to provide minimal info, most of which carries over from previous years. Kudos TurboTax!!!

I had a BIG problem with TurboTax this year because when I started my return and then logged out to get information, it refused to relaunch which meant I had to delete the file and start all over again. Very annoying, although I saw on some online message pages that many people were having the same problem. I've been using TurboTax for years and never encountered this problem so I was very disappointed.
