The program is good but the new design will take some time getting use to it. My main complaint is that the charge for state e-filing is excessive. It literally costs you nothing and yet you charge $25. This is pure profit for you and I think its too much. Don't forget, the consumer already purchased your product which is higher because it includes state filing and now there's an additional "tax" to e-file.

Turbo tax has become some money grubbing up-sale empire. They tried to push me into their online product which did not work and failed to import last years taxes (from turbo-tax). I have used this software for many years and believe this will be my last.

I've used TurboTax for 5 yrs. This year there were glitches downloading and using the software. I always file to receive an electronic check. When I was doing the final check on the program and saving the return, I was not even given that option. The taxes are filed saying a check would be mailed. GLITCHES

-I found navigation through this year's TurboTax was time-consuming, with constant selection of tabs/keys. Last year, we could go straight to each company's 1099-DIV, INT, AND B. Now we have to go back and forth and back and forth just to make the entries. The "video gaming" feel of the "tabs" is a nuisance when you only want to enter the required data for the income tax return. If this is not changed BACK for next year, then I will be looking at H&R Block, or it's back to MANUAL. I have never understood why, when a product is efficient and easy to navigate, anyone would want to take that positive away.

Have used Turbo Tax for years and haven't had any really big no issues. Have had several minor issues during review of federal and state. Error message was not clear. Took some research to determine what error message was saying and how to correct. Once I understood the error message the fix was simple.

I have been a user for many, many years and have always had positive experiences with Turbo Tax .. I find it relatively easy to use and always use the 'lead me through' the process to insure I don't miss anything ...

Frustrating that I was not able to opt out of e-file for a state return this year because last year I had e-filed a return for my daughter. There was no way around this other than the inconvenience of calling Turbo Tax customer services and having to go through an ordeal to mail my state return. FIX THIS.

I've been using Turbo Tax Deluxe edition for many years. There is still an outstanding problem when you install the software on an external drive as I do every year to keep my tax information separate. I alter the installation path name and install successfully. The import function then finds my info from last year's return and works great. When I go to save my new return thought the path hasn't changed to this year's installation loction on the drive. I always find out when I'm ready to file. Unacceptable by now!
