The Turbo Tax customer-service representative that helped me was very helpful and provided the best customer-service experience I ever had with Intuit Turbo Tax. She helped me load the 2022 Turbo Tax Premiere Software and I was able to get to amending my 2022 Tax Returns. The next representative that helped me to find all the appropriate forms to fill out, guided me throughout the entire process and is very customer service-oriented as well. She guided me throughout and was able to successfully amend our tax returns. Service provided by your representatives exceeded all my expectations. Thanks again Intuit for the help provided by your knowledgeable staff and will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family to use Turbo-Tax for their tax preparation needs.

Had to eFile 3 times (so far) because AGI didn't agree. WHY? Should have been pulled from last year's return. Many pages are not intuitive. Entering a Form 1099-B was a nightmare! The Back button didn't allow for easy corrections. Not everything was entered from last year's return. Automated help system didn't return information I needed.

I have used it for years and typically have no issues and get back what I feel that I am due. However this year I needed to include a specific form with my return and when I went through the guided walkthrough instead of asking me additional question to actually determine the correct application of an entry TurboTax just decided that wasn't necessary and claimed the entry was income and didn't offer the form I knew for a fact must be included to exclude the entry as income. Fortunately, since I've used the product for so many years I knew I could access it and fill the form in via the menu and was able to correctly include the entries on the applicable form. If I was unaware of this it could have cause a inaccurate return and financially costly mistake.

My goto Tool for doing taxes for the whole family for more than a decade. Two grown kids, a brother in law, and my joint return, every year. Thorough step by step walkthrough, but I like to go down the rabbit hole, so switch to Forms view quite often. I've used H&R Block as well, and it's fine, but TurboTax is the one for me.

You are very comprehensive with questions, etc. I have used TurboTax for many years and this is the first year I have had problems. I can't afford the state electronic fee - state employee and no raise due to no budget. In all the years past, you have given me a printout that provides instructions on how to file, etc. This year I selected to file the state return by mail, and your program put me in a loop! I will have to guess how to file by mail (what to include, etc.). Very disappointed.

I have used TurboTax for years. I did NOT like this version. There are a ridiculous amount of advertisements, the program is constantly trying to sell me something. It was like the kids at the fast food restaurants expecting a tip for doing their job. Thumbs down guys! I am not impressed with this one.

All went well with Federal and New York State 2025 Returns, Complexity of Federal Return has increased over the years. Happy to see that TurboTax is keeping up. I like the ability to change "Views" from Step by Step to Forms. Updates take longer this year and seem more frequent.

After using Turbotax since the 1990's, this is the first year I was disappointed. I had non-resident income for Michigan, and I was not able to download any of the tax forms for Michigan. Federal and Illinois tax forms were ok, but I will need to consult a tax account to finish the Michigan income tax

I have used TurboTax for many years... but this year has been a struggle. I don't think it was ready for use when they rolled it out! I keep getting the message that forms are missing and I need to reinstall the software. I did re-install it one time, and I am still getting the message. I also had a problem with entering my tax info. As I was entering 1099-R info, I noticed that the tax total wasn't changing. The forms still said they needed to be reviewed when I was complete, too. I ended up having to delete the ones (that were carried over from the previous year) and re-enter it. Had I not noticed, my taxes would not have been correct when I filed. I just submitted my 3rd return as e-file, and a message popped up that I had reached my e-file limit of 5 returns! So, I am sure that is going to be a fight when I try to submit my other 2 returns that I have left to file. I have been less than impressed with TurboTax this year. I may be switching next year... I just need to see how big of a headache that is first.

For my investment documentation it's still the same awful interface as last year - but - you made it worse with that very clunky, cumbersome import "feature" (I use the term loosely) now going through a browser instead of all in-product as you've used in previous years. Yuck. Please go back to the previous formats from just a couple years ago. Otherwise, still a relatively decent product.
