Turbotax allocated my RMD distribution wrong causing a 669 penalty. Had to file 2 amended filing to get it right...I hope

Not sure the need update in September 2026 for 2025 taxes, Maybe track updates; should not be necessary every week/month after April.

As a senior adult with a new laptop, I struggled with understanding all of the prompts and explanations.

I find Turbo Tax to be easy and relatively fast to do. The fact that I have been using it for almost 10 years says it all,

Another year with a great product! Turbo Tax really helps remove a lot of the stress of tax season and preparation. In all of the years I have used Turbo Tax I have never to date had any issues with the IRS or state filings.

When I sign up to get email when 1099-R form is ready, I received and email for an entirely different form (moving expenses). Makes me trust Turbo Tax a little less. Hope there are no other errors!

Milking the poor with overpriced tax software and lobbying against free filing. The tax software isn't broken down into language for dummies, and they want to sell you with audit defense and services on top of it all.

I've used Turbo Tax as long as I can remember. I have never had to call for help because the navigation is so seamless that it is not necessary. I have nothing bad to say about this outstanding software.

Totally easy experience filing taxes for fed, state and local. Walks you through the entire process without error. Will purchase again for 2026 and beyond.

Multiple little glitches with the program. Not allowing me to edit different times. AZ forms would not print and email notification would not accept my information. This is the first year while using this program that I have had multiple issues.
