I am only giving 1 star because I was finally able to TRUDGE through your product the year :( I have used Turbo Tax for over a decade and never encountered the problems that I encountered this year. I am not a happy customer this year...

would have been nice to have an editor to make sure the EIN matched. we with 70 years old eyes would have liked to have something like this so we ger the EIN correct.

Easy step by step instructions to follow. Liked ability to go back and forward and skip. Easy to get last year's return information without my having to look for it.

I am shocked and stunned at the number and amounts of added fees for convenience, such as the $40 charge for direct deposit. I won't be using your services next year.

My only complaint is that you are trying to upsell while I am working on my taxes. I was asked several times to upgrade to the premium software. Stop It!

not happy this year, was not disclosed in advance that would have to upgrade to windows 11. which was not possible on the computer that had all previous tax files. also deluxe no longer computes capital gains!

It's been over 30 years I think. TurboTax gives me the personal oversight and control over my own finances that I value a great deal. Never had a problem that I remember.

Not as easy to use as past years; difficult to just print needed forms rater than the whole return. Div., Int., and Cap Gains were much harder to enter than past years.

CRASHED TWICE. Difficult to find simple things, like how to file for an extension. Restarting takes you through too many screens before you can get where you want.
