I wasted one day attempting to activate TurboTax 2025 Deluxe on a Windows 11 PC. I have been using for over decade and never had any installation/activating issues... very disappointing.

Had a lot of problems with finding specific forms needed. Turbo Tax needs a box at the top to search for forms, not just the forms in the current filing.

It walks you through everything easily and even explains something if you have a question. Also love that it imports data from the previous year, so you don't have to type in all that information.

We have been using Turbotax from our desktop computer for over a decade now. every step of the process is made crystal clear to understand and proceed accurately. We strongly recommend Turbotax!

1. Be upfront (meaning very visible) about requirement for exp date, issue date, D/L number for e-file 2. Be upfront (meaning very visible) about requirement for previous year AGI

I have used TurboTax for years. Works ok, but not impressed how little the process has changes over the years. By now I would expect better help such as an AI agent/assistant built in to answer questions and clarify unusual circumstances.

The changes you made to your program are not good, and I'm tired of the continuing requests to add new services/options (at additional costs) to my tax return as I enter data into the program.

I have used TurboTax for years and it is a great product. It walks me through the various topics and help me, when it is necessary. I am very happy with it over the years. The Agents are very courteous and knowledgeable.

I was unhappy to find that I could not shift between TT online and TT desktop. Please try to make allow uploading a file worked on a laptop into TT online. I lost $15 due to this!
