The web developers need to correct the payment page (where you enter credit card information). The drop down for the month of the expiration date does not show 9 -12 for selection. I had to use a different card because after 5 minutes of playing with it I was able to select the number 10. This is not acceptable!

You need to make claiming foreign taxes (on my dividends) as a tax credit easier. Every year I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to do it. Why can't TurboTax deal with this issue automatically by asking whatever it needs to know to do so at the time I enter an mount for foreign taxes from my broker statements??

The interview process is unreliable; e.g., we had to check many times to see if what we had entered in the interview actually held, because after we had saved and closed Turbo and then returned to it we found many times that we had to repeat our entries. There were other inconsistencies, such as: 1) Turbo asking us for in-put on a (mystery) Canadian retirement plan which we not indicated we had; and one of the tax summaries having data which was inconsistent with the correct data. We wonder if Turbo had gone over board with AI; and was getting back hallucinations.

Turbotax has annoying features that the company doesn't fix. 1) You should be able to opt out of auto update and 2) having duplicate EIN numbers for W2s sometimes happens (home care to both parents) but shows up as an error that prevents e-filing. Reported these LAST YEAR but no fix!

Not possible for me to find out how to change with holding vouchers for 2026 no matter what I did. Articles I found did not work mostly because they still refer to using "jump to" which no longer exists. I cannot, for example, search for or jump to 1040-ES.

I think it's the best general public tax prep software available. However, purchasing the annual Turbo tax product now and for some time has required that I use my Intiut password. Since I used TurboTax for many years, the need to use an Intuit password when that presented itself posed an insurmountable challenge since I never had one and the 'forgot your password' function is circular. I asked to change it, was not given a chance to do so, and was immediately returned to the login screen and asked to enter my password. HR Block has stolen a march from you because I'm sure that many others have faced the same challenge as I did. Please fix your 'change password.' I'm sure that I speak for many who would appreciate that and use TurboTax again because it really is the better product.

My wife is a Non-Resident Alien. I should be able to override any field on the worksheets so that "NRA" can be added. Instead, I'm having to do a post PDF-create edit in Adobe Acrobat Pro and adding the extra text right on the form. Cumbersome!

I was asked by letter from California, a month ago, to submit copies of all my 1099s within 30 days, for further review. I complied and mailed all the next day. I have not heard anymore and I have not received my refund yet.

Received an email from intuit 4 months after filing that they may have calculated my taxes incorrectly and I should start an amended return. I appreciate telling me but at the end of the day Intuit TurboTax has only 1 real job and you failed...

Turbo did not calculate my 2025 income tax amount correctly. The IRS sent me a notice and adjusted my claimed refund. I recomputed my income tax and it turned out that the IRS is correct. I'm not happy with Turbo Tax for 2025.
