I have been using TT for over 35 years. I use the forms, as it is quick and easy for me to use. The program is stable and reliable.

Quick, easy, but most of all, accurate. I've been using TurboTax for years and it's always treated me well.

Cost Is ridiculous, the added efiling fees on top of software cost make this sftware not worth it. Will not be using in the future.

See my comments below where I explain my problems in trying to email my returns and my reluctance to recommend Turbo Tax to others.

TT has gotten worse in recent years- harder to navigate, can't get to forms or make corrections easily

very thorough and doesn't miss anything----questions are repeated over and over when you go to edit one area

IT IS NOT AS SIMPLE AS IT WAS IN PREVIOUS YEARS. I AM TIRED OF NOT BEING ABLE TO USE MY ONE FREE STATE RETURN. I HAVE USED THIS FOR MANY YEARS AND THINK I MAY CHANGE THAT NEXT YEAR

Worked well until the end, an absolute pain to pay for my filing fee for state return. I completed on a laptop and the buttons do not show on the screen, have to tab thru and randomly hit enter in hopes that it works. Took a few tries to do.

no improvement in interface in years, font too small, some questions do not have explanations and difficult to find answers, state product is TERRIBLE for the price. Easy to pay & transmit returns

i have been using turbo tax for several years, it is simple to use and saves time over paper returns, and saves money over having a return prepared by someone else.
