Works fine but remains to costly compared to others. ONLY purchase it annually since I have used it for years. But next season will probably change to a less expensive brand. Also the constant attempts to UPSELL get very annoying. Make a box to check so I do not have to experience it so darn frequently

After an online update, the program became unusable due to Error Code 70001. I had to call tech support and the wait time was over 20 minutes, which seemed too long to me. I did all sorts of trouble shooting, like clearing the cache, rebooting several times, clearing Task manager nad the like. Ultimatley, had to uninstall and re-install the whole program to get it working again. Most annoying. Some online research revealed this has been a know issue for several years now and Intuit has yet to fix it!!!! Shame on them...

Worse experience ever from long time user. Cant understand why turbo tax has to be updated multiple time in the same day. cannot understand why the updates take an inordinate amount of time to update. Had to wait in excess of half an hour for the updates. Appeared to freeze up at the 4 minute hold mark. Also had to get another version of Adome in order to print returns.

I have used Turbo Tax since 2006. Never had an issue until this year. The personal property tax deduction did not correctly carry over to my Arkansas form AR3 of the state return. I asked Microsoft Copilot if there were any other complaints about this issue and the answer was YES. Copilot also gave me a work around supplied by Turbo Tax to get around programing error. I will continue to use Turbo Tax but hope I have a better experience with it next year.

Just because you put the power of an AI in the software doesn't make it think. Half the items I looked up were unanswered or they depend on the troll feedback in forums. I had to use the internet to find real answers. If your doing taxes do you really want to visit the internet and risk outside interference?

i was very frustrated with your product this year. i dont feel you have the accuracy and detailed questions you used to in past years. such as 2025 return for hsa references 2024 hsa info reporting. 1099r questions need to be much more detailed and easier to understand so one knows exactly how to answer to get to the right answer. get these states to all allow efile without charging more. thats a bit rediculous and your company could very easily assist in making this happen.

Nothing works with Turbotax desktop. Does not accept previous year's returns PDF file despite showing ways to import. Ironically, I did the returns last year with the same turbotax desktop software. Import feature for for 1099 int also failed. Practically I landed up entering everything by hand

Main reason for using TurboTax is it allows forms for spouse having a foreign bank account (TaxCut did not). The process is straight forward and basically simple. Occasionally some sections seem overly complex but then that goes to completeness which is a good thinh

There was an issue with the Turbo Tax software going to an old email address. I called customer service and Eugenia spent a long time resolving the issue. It was complicated, but she had patience with me and we finally got the software uploaded. However, it was unusable because the software would not work on my 2017 iMac. Eugenia was wonderful and I hope that all of your employees are trained not only to be as knowledgeable with computers and TurboTax as she is, but to provide excellent customer inteactions

So Far this has been the worst copy of turbo tax I have purchased (and I've been using it a long time) -- First thing that I hit was NO 1099-B available. I have 3 entries from my broker that go on a 1099-B and you want it on a Schedule D ... that's why I buy turbo tax every year, so I don't have to mess with forms like Schedule D. Next Problem I ran into was no ability to print my return. When I tell it to print I expect it to print not make a PDF out of my tax return. which does not print the return either.
