REVIEW OF PRIOR ENTRIES WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT, UNLIKE IN PRIOR YEARS. A FALSE CLAIM THAT OUR RETURNS HAD BEEN FILED, WHEN IN FACT THEY HAD NOT, COULD HAVE BEEN COSTLY. FYI, THE LATE SUBMISSION OF A PIN NUMBER, RESULTED IN AN AUTOMATED CLAIM THAT FILING HAD OCCURRED. NO EMAIL CONFIRMING SAME FOLLOWED. LOCATION OF THE FILE AND RETURN SECTION WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. FILING OCCURRED 24 HOURS AFTER ORIGINAL CLAIM OF SUCCESSFUL FILING.

I chose to send me a check. What Turbo tax should have advised me that the IRS no longer sends checks and only Direct Deposit. I have been trying for 2 hours to get a ID.me for both myself and my wife so we can get our refund. This is a major mistake by Turbo Tax!!!.VERY upset over this!!!!

Overall a great product. I feel very comfortable being led through the many fields. Only complaint is that to file state, I have to pay $25. OK, that is not too bad. But it's really bad that you charge a fee of $40 to have the $25 taken out of my federal return! Come on, a $40 fee to pay a $25 bill? It's just wrong. I undid it and charged to credit card.

Highly disappointed in the TY 2025 version of TurboTax. Too many glitches in the software resulted in it taking me twice the time it usually takes to do my taxes. Also, many of the help explanations were confusing. Frankly I got more help out of using GROK AI than I did from the actual software. I will come back and use TurboTax again only if they fix the problems.

i believe that Turbo Tax should be able to accept all the information when you sell it to me - not have to wait, and check back when I can add data to my forms. Last year was the same - don't sell Turbo Tax until I can add all the information. When I requested to get notified when section was ready it was for the wrong section. If Turbo Tax is supposed to be able to do my taxes - they better be correct.

As a retired former CPA, I found TurboTax 1040 to be quite easy to navigate. One tip is that if you can't find the input screen for something needed to prepare the tax return, try going through the on-screen display of the tax form itself to make the necessary entry. I found this to be the case when I needed to enter the IRS Identity Protection PINs.

Not as pleased with the "help" feature. Could not find why the Estimated tax payment vouchers had a watermark DO NOT FILE printed on them. Finally waited a few weeks and when I printed again there was no watermark. The remainder of the file was exactly the same.

Thanks for your good employee's like Anila, McKala,, Ttyreon and other's who all helped me thru multiple rejections of my forms.. Biggest problem was Form 1116, foreign tax. That was your problem not mine. One simple input improvement you could make. If you you have multiple income forms like 1099's , don't make me continually have to wade thru to type it myself via unnecessary pages. At the start of the list of income subjects just put a box for each one to denote how you want to input it.

Very easy to use. Everything is well explained and easy to navigate if you are filing basic non complicated returns. I have been using this software for at least 3 years now and it has always been accurate and reliable. Easily compatible with my computer and offers all of the features I need to successfully complete my tax returns in one sitting. Thank you!

I am over 65 years old and eligible to withdraw inherited OPM payments since 2024 after my husband passed away. However, TurboTax added additional 10% early withdraw penalty of $1,192.50 to my total tax, resulted in tax due $1,370 instead of $178 tax owe. I would appreciate your help and provide the problem solving instructions. I have all other amounts matched up with TurboTax's figures, except the total tax. Thank you, Judy
