A number of different spelling errors and typos in the version this year along with the long editions of the Home Energy Tax Credit forms 5695. They only added them to the online version at first that they charge quite a bit more and it took them a few weeks to get the form added to the desktop version

I have used Turbo Tax for abt. 30 years. All prior versions have been great. Turbo Tax 2025 is not a great program. I will probably opt for something different in the future. I filed only 3 tax returns this year yet Turbo Tax told me that I have reached my limit of 5. There were too many errors to name with this years program. This year the program was very frustrating to use,

I am a long time Turbo Tax user. There is one area that needs massive improvement. The section where the W2-Gs are added could be much more user friendly. Add drop downs to select the casino, address, casino tax id, etc. Typing that information 50 plus times is tedious.

I've been using Turbotax since the floppy disc days. I've never had a problem with it and will continue to use it in the future. HOWEVER....I hate hate hate the added fees that you don't see until you are ready to file. Just when you think you have your numbers correct and you can start your planning you get chiseled again at the very end. Should be much better and more up front with the final cost.

Turbotax 2025 failed to import turbotax 2024 from my jump drive. This is the first year that it failed to do it! It is clumsy using the "back" key. You need to provide a bookmark before going back, and then to automatically redo any calculations caused by going back. It is tedious to click each page to return to the bookmark point.

No longer is TurboTax letting me select the option to mail in my State Income Tax Form nor is the program providing me with the address where to mail my State Form. I know I can look it up on-line, it was nice to have it on the instructions page. Also, TurboTax is making my State Tax Form income and refund too large by not using a decimal for cents. I imported the W2 so not my mistake with manual entry. The Federal Form is correct, just didn't translate to State Form correctly. Example: 100.00 refund looks like 10000. I'm getting so little back from my state I don't want to pay the E-File cost. VERY FRUSTRATING since I've been using TurboTax programs for years and for multiple family members.....

Main reason for using TurboTax is it allows forms for spouse having a foreign bank account (TaxCut did not). The process is straight forward and basically simple. Occasionally some sections seem overly complex but then that goes to completeness which is a good thinh

So Far this has been the worst copy of turbo tax I have purchased (and I've been using it a long time) -- First thing that I hit was NO 1099-B available. I have 3 entries from my broker that go on a 1099-B and you want it on a Schedule D ... that's why I buy turbo tax every year, so I don't have to mess with forms like Schedule D. Next Problem I ran into was no ability to print my return. When I tell it to print I expect it to print not make a PDF out of my tax return. which does not print the return either. I have liked turbotax in the past but the updates are HORRIBLE!!!! I HATE IT!!!!! IT"S IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND THINGS, trys to get you to do it online, can't find a summary to do community property adjustements. I am SO frustrated and will not be using turbotax again!

Been using TT since the early 90's. This year was a significant comedown from previous years. Massive problem downloading my information from my broker. Not just me; it was a massive problem all across the internet. This is a must-fix! Several minor maneuvering glitches throughout. When returns were reviewed some of my modified numbers could not be modified on-screen. Had to retrace all the way back to Income Section to enter the required number format. And finally, do not care for the new format. The old TT format worked great for years. Why change it!
