Major error on the GA Form 500. On Feb 28, 2026 an error like this is unacceptable. GA conforms with federal itemized deduction. Making an adjustment on line 12b is inaccurate. It is contrary to the form instructions and all available information. This error increased my tax by $600!

I have used TurboTax for many years... but this year has been a struggle. I don't think it was ready for use when they rolled it out! I keep getting the message that forms are missing and I need to reinstall the software. I did re-install it one time, and I am still getting the message. I also had a problem with entering my tax info. As I was entering 1099-R info, I noticed that the tax total wasn't changing. The forms still said they needed to be reviewed when I was complete, too. I ended up having to delete the ones (that were carried over from the previous year) and re-enter it. Had I not noticed, my taxes would not have been correct when I filed. I just submitted my 3rd return as e-file, and a message popped up that I had reached my e-file limit of 5 returns! So, I am sure that is going to be a fight when I try to submit my other 2 returns that I have left to file. I have been less than impressed with TurboTax this year. I may be switching next year... I just need to see how big of a headache that is first.

After having accountants sit in front of their computer to do my taxes I realized that I could do it for a lot less money by using Turbo Tax. I actually see no difference than sitting in front of an accountant. Except for the fact I can do my taxes in my pajamas!

This is the first year I have had a horrible experience with Turbotax. First of all, I have only done 3 tax returns and have had to mail 2 of them in because of the error message "It seems we have a glitch". I tried all the recommended fixes and nothing worked. The error happened only when I tried to "pay" for either a fee or a tax. 2nd problem is that Turbotax says I have used all 5 of my returns.....I have not. I still have my own return to do and my parents, who are in their 80's. It has been an actual nightmare, and I have done these returns for as long as Turbotax has existed. I do not plan on using you guys again unless there is something that fixes this. I cant even get help through support, without paying for it, and its not even a problem I have....its a turbotax issue which is all over the internet and nobody is getting satisfaction. I am so disappointed I cant even put it into words.

When I transmitted my return, an error message showed up relative to form 5695. I had not checked the NO boxes for no Residential Energy Property Examples - Section B Line 21a and 21b but had entered an address. The software showed me the mistake and directed me to remove the address but it would not accept the deleted address (line 21c) and would not let me electronically file.

Very disappointed with Compatibility to your own product. I have previous tax returns on my computer and for the past several years, I have had nothing but problems trying to transfer tax information from one year to the other. I wasn't like that in the past. You are constantly pushing to do taxes on line. I simply do not trust that the tax information can be protected. If they get into my compute, they get one tax return, but if they get into your system, they get millions of tax returns.

Never had any issues for years now. Helping my youngest do her taxes and four times now, her file is rejected by Federal and then State. We have the correct AGI and Pin from 2024. Tried looking for assist, but seems you've had this issue before and nothing done. Very disappointing.

After downloading and updating TurboTax, I repeatedly had problems with the software. It kept stating, "Oops we've run into a problem". When completing Federal and Ohio State and Ohio State school income tax forms, TurboTax does not transfer the school district income tax paid from the form W-2 to the school district tax form (requiring the school district tax form to be manually completed). This has been a TurboTax defect for several years.

Never had a problem until this year. Have used Turbo Tax for years. Problem with Block 14 and 16 of 1099-R. Block 14 has a dollar amount, block 16 is blank. Turbotax says block 14 cannot be larger than block 16 and flags this as an issue that needs to be resolved before taxes can be transmitted. 1099-R is correct, as block 16 has always been blank in the past.

I love the desktop version, I've used it for over 25 years, and rarely have a problem. This year, I tried the online version with the same information I eventually used in the desktop version, but it wouldn't transmit my return; I kept getting an error: Our records indicate that you are not entitled to e-file one or more formsets.
