I initially used Turbo Tax to try rather than paying an accountant many hundreds of dollars and have been a fan ever since. If I have a question, their representative has a helpful answer but most everything is easy to complete as long as you follow the prompts and actually read the questions before answering anything.

I have been using Turbo Tax for years. I can follow along and figure out almost everything I need to complete our taxes. If I have a question, I can usually click on the suggestion and figure it out. I will continue to use Turbo Tax because it is easy to do. The helpful guides are wonderful because they explain the situation. Thank you Turbo Tax.

This year was my first using a Mini Mac. The Turbo Tax software options were not as flexible and easy to use as they were on the standard PC version that I have been using for the last 20 years. Accessing specific forms to print was almost impossible. The error detection method was almost non-existent. What happened to the question feature that would connect to IRS regulations...

TurboTax wouldn't let me file my state return. Kept hitting a snag trying to save it before entering credit card information. I gave up and filed it by mail. Followed all the advice regarding browser and deleting cache. Trying to get online support was almost impossible.

I've used TurboTax Software for about 16 years or more . This year, a few glitches told me I owned property in another county (not true), and at times it was not easy to determine how to proceed. The process for acquiring documents/data from other institutions is not intuitive in the screen icons. It takes some extra patients to figure it out, and frankly, it should not be that difficult.

Turbo Tax has been my Go To tax program since well before they were ever 'called' Turbo Tax .. and they will continue to be the preferred source for my income tax filing annually. East to follow, while quick, accurate, and always love getting to the audits when my filing is All Over !

When your product was changed to Windows 11, I could not upgrade my old computer, so I had to buy a new one. Learning how the new computer worked was time consuming. Making sure that I got my old data to the new computer was a challenge! It worked. Getting my 1099s from some of the sources was very time consuming (OPM and Social Security were the most difficult. Hope they fix that. Your program made the finish sweet!

Easy to use. My only frustration was that this product was put on the market weeks ago but key forms were not available until today (two weeks later). I know this is to ensure that the most recent information/forms are available but the product was worthless to me from the time I bought it until today.

Initially the program froze after inputting Wages and Income. I had to force quit the program, lost all my data to that point and start over inputting data starting with Personal Information. After that, I saved after every section. The section in Wages and Income went to Canadian for some reason but I was able to navigate around it. Other than that crash and data dump, the program was easy to navigate, as in past years. User Advice: save data every few minutes.

I found it very frustrating to find an additional $45 for opting for the $15 payment to be taken from my refund amount. Im sure many people pay your $45, but not me! I was able to call Branden in support who very kindly walked me through the process of finding out where this $45 charge was coming from on my file. We were able to delete this suspicious charge. Not happy about that!
