This product has definitely helped with better digestion , however I do find the tablets a little difficult or hard to go down sometimes, you have to take 5 per day it’s the daily recommended dose! . But honestly I don’t mind the slight discomfort for better digestion but if that’s something you do mind it may be better to opt for fiber gummies or a powder you can mix into a drink .

I have been meaning to try this product for quite some time so was glad to have the opportunity to finally try it. So far so good, although I feel like for something like this I need more time to tell if it is having the intended effect on digestion. Easy to swallow.

So far we are doing good on these. And thankfully this is a pill form and not a powder form you have to mix in. I always have issues with the mix in's clumping. Yuck! These are so easy to take!! I've had other fiber pills that are much larger. These are more at one time than I've seen with other pills but much more manageable to take based on their size. There's no worry on not being able to swallow the pill, they don't get stuck mid swallow. Will buy again.

Taking fiber pills is waaaay better than taking a powder that mixes into a drink. I have been taking this for 6 months and love the convenience. I take less than the recommended dose and it works great for me. Sort taking like taking stool softeners, but better for you.

Members mark psyllium fiber capsules are a great way to stay regular. The capsules come with a child proof lid and nice sized bottle. This product needs to be taken with plenty of water. If you have never taken a product like this you should start with a lower than recommended dose to see how your body tolerates it. If you don’t drink enough water with it you can get constipated.

I like this product. I know that it helps maintain healthy blood sugar and cholesterol but I got it mostly for the digestion and regularity. I have taken powder forms before where you add water but that always left a bad taste in my mouth. I am glad that I got the pill form which is very easy to take. I was really surprised that it came in a bottle with 400 pills. I like the directions, as it says how much to take for digestive, for heart, or for blood sugar levels. It also says to start out with 1 and work your way up. I started out with 1 and everything has gone as should. I am pleased with this product. I forgot to mention that it is made with 100% natural psyllium husk. I looked it up. That is a shrub-like herb called Plantago Ovata that grows worldwide but is most common in India. Each plant can produce up to 15,000 tiny gel-coated seeds, from which psyllium husk is derived. It is a soluble fiber used primarily in a gentle bulk-forming laxative.

I like how these capsules are light. It's hard to give an accurate assessment since this item takes time to work. One downside is that to be effective, you have to take upwards of 5 capsules. They don't stick to the throat when swallowing like tablets which is a perk.

I started with the one pill that is recommended and then on the second day took two. It really helps with constipation/gut issues. I have had this problem most of my life and hate having to take medication that causes cramping and other unpleasant side effects. I would recommend that you drink plenty of water with them so as to help with BMs.

A very good product for the price.

Works great and way better than fiber gummies.
