Good miracle- fiber/ it claims to reduce to reduce cholesterol/ blood sugar- does it? YES!/ I tried two bottles and when my doctor did bloodwork on me / my cholesterol dropped/ blood sugar was good / I challenge u try two bottles your self and u will see. / I purchased it twice now .

I bought the fiber caps in Georgia while on a road trip. Many Sam's Clubs don't have them in the clubs, including my Sam's Club in Orlando. It's really annoying because I have bought them for years & have to spend $50 to get free shipping.

The member's mark psyllium fiber capsules work as well as Metamucil capsules. When you first start out using fiber capsules, you want to start on the lower side until your body adjust and take it with a full glass of water. After your body becomes used to it then you can gradually increase the amount you take per day. I use them to keep myself regular. You get 400 capsules in a bottle so it lasts quite a while. They are easy to swallow, even though they’re a bit large. Save the money and buy the Member’s Mark brand if you take fiber supplements, they work just as well as the expensive brands.

The concept behinds these pills is great, not so much the dosage. I started taking them and have noticed an improvement in my digestive schedule, but I have to take 15 capsules. I started off taking 5 capsules in one day and when that didn’t work, I increased until I was up to 15 per day. According to the directions, you may have to take up to 20 capsules a day for maximum benefit. Aside from serving size, these supplements work well!

These Member's Mark psyllium fiber, fiber supplement capsules came in a typical supplement/medicine bottle with 400 capsules. The capsules are on the smaller size so if you're not great at swallowing pills these shouldn't be too bad for you. However, I did not realize until fully reading over the bottle that the suggested intake is anywhere up to 20 capsules per day (please read the back of the bottle for the detailed suggestions). As a new user, I've only been taking a few each day to see how my body would adjust. After taking them for a few days, I had a period of 3 to 4 days where I definitely felt bloated and much more gassy which was very uncomfortable. But that seems to have essentially gone away after the first few weeks and I feel like my movements have been more regular. I've been slowly increasing the amount of capsules and haven't noticed any more discomfort or major changes so for now I'll probably stick to taking anywhere from 2 to 5 capsules per day. As I've never taken fiber supplements before, I don't have much to compare this to but I'm wondering if it would be better (and simpler) to just get the fiber that you mix in to a glass of water and then drink rather than taking so many capsules, especially since the capsules aren't providing any added benefit and you're potentially ingesting upwards of 20 per day.

I have been trying the Member’s Mark Psyllium Fiber capsules for a few weeks now. I was already reasonably regular before taking them so I took a slightly lower dose than the lowest recommended and just took 2 capsules with each meal. Definitely noticed some bloating the first week but that calmed down. If you take this supplement make sure you hydrate hydrate hydrate. I have noticed a slight increase in my bowel movements. The main reason I’m trying the Psyllium Husk is that I’m am hoping it will help lower my triglycerides which have been elevated for some time.

So my husband has been taking these for about a week now. They seem to be working on his digestive system pretty well. No crazy bathroom problems. However, the down side is that it wants you to take 3-4 pills 2-3 times a day. Just to many pills in my opinion.

Best price, but with an oddly objectionable plastic smell in the bottle. I don't know if it is part of the packaging or something about manufacturing caused this odor. I have decided to keep it, but I am a little suspicious. Could this faint smell be indicative of something harmful?

It wasn't until I broke the seal that attaches the 2 bottles together that I realized the cancer warning label on the back of the bottle. This product has excessive amounts of lead which can cause cancer. Would not have purchased if I had known ahead of time. Can't return since I broke the seal.
