This is the best price you can find anywhere on psyllium husk fiber capsules...even cheaper than the monster warehouse store, and more per bottle as well (so ultimately less waste, too!). So if you are looking for a cheap and easy way to add a little more fiber to your diet, this is one method to consider.
The only problem is that they do not regularly stock them, so you won't necessarily be able to buy them when you would like.

Good miracle- fiber/ it claims to reduce to reduce cholesterol/ blood sugar- does it? YES!/ I tried two bottles and when my doctor did bloodwork on me / my cholesterol dropped/ blood sugar was good / I challenge u try two bottles your self and u will see. / I purchased it twice now .

Psyllium Husk Fiber Capsules

I have waited to write this review after using this product daily for about 2 weeks and I am really impressed! Taking 5 capsules in addition to my morning pills isn't a joy, but it's better than drinking the powder! I used to do the order in orange juice but needed to watch carbs first thing (yep - intermittent fasting) and couldn't tolerate the powder without at least 4 oz juice. Switched to gummies which also have sugar and make you gassy/constipated so much easier (plus my dietician scolded me 😬). So honestly, these have been so much easier. No noticeable gas or bloating with 1 dose/day in AM (my preference) but planning to increase to twice a day gradually. Capsules really are not bad to swallow so highly recommend as long as that isn't an issue for you

Easy & convenient fiber supplement

The concept behinds these pills is great, not so much the dosage. I started taking them and have noticed an improvement in my digestive schedule, but I have to take 15 capsules. I started off taking 5 capsules in one day and when that didn’t work, I increased until I was up to 15 per day. According to the directions, you may have to take up to 20 capsules a day for maximum benefit. Aside from serving size, these supplements work well!

I have been trying the Member’s Mark Psyllium Fiber capsules for a few weeks now. I was already reasonably regular before taking them so I took a slightly lower dose than the lowest recommended and just took 2 capsules with each meal. Definitely noticed some bloating the first week but that calmed down. If you take this supplement make sure you hydrate hydrate hydrate. I have noticed a slight increase in my bowel movements. The main reason I’m trying the Psyllium Husk is that I’m am hoping it will help lower my triglycerides which have been elevated for some time.

Best price, but with an oddly objectionable plastic smell in the bottle. I don't know if it is part of the packaging or something about manufacturing caused this odor. I have decided to keep it, but I am a little suspicious. Could this faint smell be indicative of something harmful?

Plastic smell, not strong, but concerning

It wasn't until I broke the seal that attaches the 2 bottles together that I realized the cancer warning label on the back of the bottle. This product has excessive amounts of lead which can cause cancer. Would not have purchased if I had known ahead of time. Can't return since I broke the seal.
