This product seems to work so far. Its something that obviously takes some time to work, but from what I can tell after about a month of taking it on and off it does seem to be helping. Theres no icky after affects like some vitamins/supplements. Its not a very large pill so its easy to take.

5 capsules to get 2 g of fiber that is 2% of a daily recommended fiber? Got t9 be a joke.

Some no needed ingredients were added (compare to the old version). They added shellac for no real reason... Ingredients: Psyllium husk, gelatin, polysorbate 80, shellac. red iron oxide, propylene glycol

These easy to swallow supplements do exactly what they are suppose to do. The only down side is the large dosage that could be needed. They work as well as the name brand supplements out there. You won’t regret giving them a try.

Could you bring back the old formula without the added unnecessary ingredients? Polysorbate 80, Shellac, Red Iron Oxide and Propylene Glycol are all unneeded GARBAGE!

They were out of the regular Metamucil drink mix so I thought I would give these a try. These do NOT WORK! I am up to 20 capsules, barely a nudge. Will be returning these👿💩

The idea is good if you want to take fiber but not drink the powder. Personally, the powder mixed with water is a better delivery system. The instructions for use require taking multiple capsules several time a day which is rather inconvenient. I see it as an alternative to someone who can’t do the mixed powder and water drink.

I dont think that i have taken these long enough to see alot of results. My husband and I are taking 1 capsule daily and haven't seen much of a difference yet. The good thing about this product is that it is for digestive health, heart health and helps healthy blood sugar levels. You start off with 1 capsule and can work your way up 5 daily. Capsules are not huge and easy to swallow. The bottle contains enough capsule for 2 1/2 months at a maximum of 5 pills daily. For sure a better bang for your buck. Less costly than other similar name brand products. Definitely worth trying.
