Have used this for about 2 1/2 decades to counter act opiate medications & it has never failed.

So far, not quite as good as the Member's Mark Fiber Capsules Sam's used to sell. But I have to continue using them to see if they eventually work as well over time.

This is the best price you can find anywhere on psyllium husk fiber capsules...even cheaper than the monster warehouse store, and more per bottle as well (so ultimately less waste, too!). So if you are looking for a cheap and easy way to add a little more fiber to your diet, this is one method to consider. The only problem is that they do not regularly stock them, so you won't necessarily be able to buy them when you would like.

Been using these for years ! Bought ar Sam’s. Now have to order on line and pay shipping! Not good. Put them back in the store!

These are very misleading. They say a serving size is 5 pills. But it takes 15 pills to reach the same fiber as Metamucil powder, and taking 15 pills a day isn't going to happen.

This is a bit taboo to review, but this product is amazing. It has helped me stay regular. I’m currently on muscle relaxers and pain medicine and having problems “going”. These fiber pills are great! I’ve been taking them for two days and already feeling the effects. I’m even less bloated! My clothes are fitting better.

I’ve been taking these for a while now and they DO seem to help, fiber is something many of us aren’t getting enough of and it doesn’t just help regulate you, it also improves blood sugar and cholesterol. These pills are nice and small, which makes them easy enough to get down, BUT the main knock against them is that you have to take up to 5 of them at once, up to 4 TIMES A DAY!! That’s 20 pills in a single day. It’s difficult to remember and not very realistic long term, so I wish these were a higher dose per pill so that you don’t need to take so many in a day for them to be effective.

New version has lots of added ingredients! Also, why does it no longer list the amount of Psyllium per capsule like the older version! Probably due to the fact that the amount of Psyllium is considerably less than before and was replaced with added and unnecessary ingredients.
