I have been trying the Member’s Mark Psyllium Fiber capsules for a few weeks now. I was already reasonably regular before taking them so I took a slightly lower dose than the lowest recommended and just took 2 capsules with each meal. Definitely noticed some bloating the first week but that calmed down. If you take this supplement make sure you hydrate hydrate hydrate. I have noticed a slight increase in my bowel movements. The main reason I’m trying the Psyllium Husk is that I’m am hoping it will help lower my triglycerides which have been elevated for some time.

These Member's Mark psyllium fiber, fiber supplement capsules came in a typical supplement/medicine bottle with 400 capsules. The capsules are on the smaller size so if you're not great at swallowing pills these shouldn't be too bad for you. However, I did not realize until fully reading over the bottle that the suggested intake is anywhere up to 20 capsules per day (please read the back of the bottle for the detailed suggestions). As a new user, I've only been taking a few each day to see how my body would adjust. After taking them for a few days, I had a period of 3 to 4 days where I definitely felt bloated and much more gassy which was very uncomfortable. But that seems to have essentially gone away after the first few weeks and I feel like my movements have been more regular. I've been slowly increasing the amount of capsules and haven't noticed any more discomfort or major changes so for now I'll probably stick to taking anywhere from 2 to 5 capsules per day. As I've never taken fiber supplements before, I don't have much to compare this to but I'm wondering if it would be better (and simpler) to just get the fiber that you mix in to a glass of water and then drink rather than taking so many capsules, especially since the capsules aren't providing any added benefit and you're potentially ingesting upwards of 20 per day.

So my husband has been taking these for about a week now. They seem to be working on his digestive system pretty well. No crazy bathroom problems. However, the down side is that it wants you to take 3-4 pills 2-3 times a day. Just to many pills in my opinion.

Out doctor recommended this product and it has worked wonders for both of us. We will definitely continue to purchase this product.

So far, not quite as good as the Member's Mark Fiber Capsules Sam's used to sell. But I have to continue using them to see if they eventually work as well over time.

I’ve been taking these for a while now and they DO seem to help, fiber is something many of us aren’t getting enough of and it doesn’t just help regulate you, it also improves blood sugar and cholesterol. These pills are nice and small, which makes them easy enough to get down, BUT the main knock against them is that you have to take up to 5 of them at once, up to 4 TIMES A DAY!! That’s 20 pills in a single day. It’s difficult to remember and not very realistic long term, so I wish these were a higher dose per pill so that you don’t need to take so many in a day for them to be effective.

This product seems to work so far. Its something that obviously takes some time to work, but from what I can tell after about a month of taking it on and off it does seem to be helping. Theres no icky after affects like some vitamins/supplements. Its not a very large pill so its easy to take.

A very good product for the price.

Cheapest find for the most quantity. Helps keep me regular and it’s convenient unlike carrying powder around.

Been using these for years ! Bought ar Sam’s. Now have to order on line and pay shipping! Not good. Put them back in the store!
