I've been taking daily fiber for a few years now to promote better gut health. These are inexpensive and reliable.

I have tried many fiber capsules and I think these are the best value, and I don’t experience an after taste.

Cheapest find for the most quantity. Helps keep me regular and it’s convenient unlike carrying powder around.

Husband uses these instead of the powder. Doesn’t make such a mess and seems to work fine for him. He uses it daily for the fiber.

They were out of the regular Metamucil drink mix so I thought I would give these a try. These do NOT WORK! I am up to 20 capsules, barely a nudge. Will be returning these👿💩

Some no needed ingredients were added (compare to the old version). They added shellac for no real reason... Ingredients: Psyllium husk, gelatin, polysorbate 80, shellac. red iron oxide, propylene glycol

Could you bring back the old formula without the added unnecessary ingredients? Polysorbate 80, Shellac, Red Iron Oxide and Propylene Glycol are all unneeded GARBAGE!

Affordable price, compared to Metamucil

Works fine. Only need every other day to keep regular.
