The product works well. I just wish Sam's would stock it; it's been out for way too long. Very disappointing.

The old fiber capsules had only psyllium husk and gelatin. What's up with the whole hosts of added ingredients for this new version?

Best price around for these by far! I started taking these to help with dieting and cholesterol and they are sometes unavailable. When i tried to find something comparable there is nothing even close on price!

The instructions say you need to take five capsules up to four times a day, I thought that was ridiculous at first, but I’m giving in a go and I’m actually liking the results. Hoping that it helps bring down my cholesterol levels.

These psyllium fiber capsules are great! I had issues with going regularly but after about a week of using them daily, my bowels have improved. This capsule helps maintain healthy blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels as well.

The package of the pills is smaller than most of vitamine pills and clear so it is easy to see what is inside of the capsules. I have not try them yet but hoping to have good result. It requires many pills to take a day.

These Member's Mark Psyllium Fiber tablets produce good results even without being on the full dose. There are easy to read instructions on how to take the tablets, it even tells you to nitrate up when starting to use.
