This is a good choice bang for your buck choice. TV image panel is overall good for your entry average consumer. Whites are a little blown and washed out. - Sound on this tv is not great at all. And I really mean, not great. Get a sound bar. - Navigating through the TV's interface, menus, and settings just feels too slow for a 2023 device, but hey, i'm not surprised either. - To solve the slow pace of navigation, I highly highly recommend getting a streaming box device instead, such as an Apple TV, to make the experience more enjoyable when navigating through your streaming content.

Bought this over a month ago and am loving this tv. I love the new remote with quick buttons. We have moved to an area with only satellite internet and this tv is working great. Love the Samsung TV plus channels too. Easy access to my blue ray dvd also.

Picture was excellent and plenty of apps to choose fromso thought this would be the perfect set for the bedroom. Unfortunately, very poor quality low featured remote is included. Easy enough, as we have other Samsung sets in the house. That did not help with the slow responding and clunky menu system or the very bad sound quality. Ended up returning.

The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sound will turn off sometimes and I need to unplug and start again. The sound does not go very loud but with a sound bar it is great. Also,I think it could be friendlier to the user but I am a bit challenged anyway. Overall I liked the TV so much I bought a second one. My husband loves watching the Games on it.

My only gripe is that the operating system feels a bit clunky, and confusing at times. This is a great product for the price, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Our Samsung has completely satisfied all of our desired features in a 50" TV! This Smart TV is a perfect addition to our home, and the picture is incredibly crystal clear.The TV was so light, and the set-up was very easy. We were able to watch a program within a few minutes! I have never had a better experience than with this TV. Everyone should watch there favorite Marvel movie with this. Doctor Strange was every bit as good as it was in the theater. The colors just pop and it is SOOO FAST! Never had a better TV than the Samsung Crystal series. I LOVE my Galaxy S21 and galaxy watch just as much. Thank you samsung for making my life a little better everyday!
